Dear Consumer Court,
This is to post a complaint against HSBC Personal Loan department. I took a loan from them 4 years ago and fulfilled
required conditions to avail last EMI waiver according to the agreement letter i have from them , to which they are denying now giving me baseless excuses like the required option was not ticked in application form at first place and so on.Who would not tick this option if available and why?If their DSA did not tick the option then DSA should punish DSA not me .
I request you to assist me getting me the refund of last EMI as they have debited the same from my bank account through ECS already. I need this money urgently so please help me.
