[Resolved] HSBC Bank Account — HSBC - Refusal to replace faulty ATM Card | |
I have been an HSBC Bank customer since JAN 2000, using an ATM (non-Debit) card since then. However since OCT 2008 the card has developed errors like "card faulty" at certain ATMs across Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Complaints in the form of calls, emails have evoked a negative response. Details of these interactions below: 13 Jan 2009 Call Centre - NATHAN 13 Jan 2009 Call Centre - SHREYA 19 Jan 2009 Call Centre - KALA 19 Jan 2009 Call Centre - KOKILA 21 Jan 2009 Call Centre - DINESH 30 Jan 2009 EMAIL - [protected]@hsbc.co.in 30 Jan 2009 EMAIL - [protected]@hsbc.co.in 31 Jan 2009 EMAIL - [protected]@hsbc.co.in 01 Feb 2009 EMAIL - [protected]@hsbc.co.in 04 Feb 2009 EMAIL - [protected]@hsbc.co.in Complaint no: KMM2834334I123L0KM Clearly HSBC does not value its existing customers and is forcing customers to shift from a free ATM Card to a chargeable ATUM CUM DEBIT card.
