[Resolved]  HSBC Bank — Credit Card Settlement.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I was holding a credit card from HSBC Bank, which i have settled in the year 2007. Still i am receiving statements and messages against my credit card which i have settled long back.

I am continously following with the concern department from HSBC Bank to clear the dues against my name and resolve this issues.

After so many follow, i am not receiving any confirmation from the bank. I have also requested them to let me know if anything pending from my end.

Request you to help me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Please go through the chain mail below and attached scanned copy of settlement letter & settlement payment receipts.

Expecting an expedite and positive reply from your end.

I am continuously getting Credit Card Statement with outstanding balance on my name; hence I have done a settlement of my card a year back.

HSBC — Credit Card Settlement.

I have beed trying to Call hsbc no of time to make my credit card settle. cutomer care people provind some number, but no one picking up phone.
They are saying that person on below no look for credit card settlement. I tried number of times on these number. But no body is picking up phone.

I have a credit card where outstanding due to some unnecessary charges. After pressure from your recovery agents the amount was settled Rs. 8000/- which I was deposited by cash through receipt no. – 0497146 dated 20.12.08. The amount was also credited in my account for which, I got a SMS and bank statement. But the problem is now, after agreed settlement amount the balance show Rs. 4000/- (approx.) which have to NIL in the condition of agreed settlement with Ms. kalpna (telephone no. of his is[protected] mobile[protected] ) of your office. As per the statement of Ms. kalpna the telephonic call of settlement was recorded and no any forgery happened after the settlement and balance of the account will be NIL within the three hours after depositing the cash but after passing 5 months no appropriate action have been taken. after 2 months i contect this mobile mr ajay and mr harish but result is nil . Therefore, kindly look into the matter and do needful at the earliest with the information to me.

HSBC Bank (credit card) — settlement of credit card dues

My credit card No.[protected] was cancelled in October 2007 and all the dues were paid by me to the HSBC bank. But, bank kept asking me further payment and finally send me a letter dated[protected] stating that I still needed to pay Rs. 1000/= and then only an amount of Rs. 3000/= will be reverted and account will be settled. I paid Rs. 1000/= even though thiosamount was not actually due on me.

After nearly one year, I got a call that I further needed topay about Rs. 9000/=(whereas card stood cancelled and expired already). I tried to convince bank that nothing is due on me and I was waiting settlement letter from bank itself. But, now and then, Iamgetting calls frombank and regular monthly statement whereas card is nowhere in use.

HSBC bank is asking me to pay Rs.3000/= as settlement amount. Bank is also threatening me with the consequences of black listing me and my address.

the bank is mentally harassing me and forcing to pay to bank whereas no amount is due. the amount bank is asking is the late fee /interest charges etc. which bank has not reverted (as given in bank letter dated[protected]

I am facing utmost suffering and need your kind help and support through this platform to settle my issue with the authorities concerned.

But the problem is now, i recived the noc from the bank still my name is showing negative in satyam and rbi.I had a talk with Mr.prabhat singh hsbc manager in dalhouse office why my name is still showing negative he dont have any answer regarding that because off bank mistake i suffering a lot plz take a nessasariy action against the bank why they are harrasing other .

HSBC Credit Card — Receiving Statement Notification after closing the account.

Hi,

I have closed my Credit Card account. But I am receiving statement notification mails after closing two years. Even I forgotten my account number.

What is procedure to check this?

HSBC Credit Card — Settlement of Credit Card

This is in reference my Credit Card no. [protected].

I have requested for a consideration for settling the dues in the month of October 2009 and received HSBC letter reference no. RSCPDNWOFFNDHHDMHORIZON-4 13112009 1684 dated November 13, 2009 regarding the Full and Final Settlement of account with respect to the card / credit facility as mentioned above in an amount of Rs. 32,995.74/-.

Now I have make the payment in full, but after getting my last cheque cleared, the collection team told that the settlement was void and I have to pay Rs. 76,000/- more to get a NOC / Zero balance statement.

When contacted to the customer care of the bank, they also repeat the same words, and tell not to call them as nothing can be done but to pay the whole amount. Now no one is agree to listen after giving the full payment.

HSBC Credit Card — After settlement still receiving statement

I have done settlement with HSBC Credit card nearly a near ago but still I am receiving the credit card payment statement every month. When taken issue with HSBC customer care saying no bill has to be paid from my end but still receiving statement every month of certain amount.

This was as regard the bal payment which i would like to convert the whole if possible in an easy EMI or please let me a relief my collecting the same in PDC's & Disclose the same as I cldnt go further with the same & No helline No's or executive is letting a proper guidance for the same. I dont wont to be listed & the same to be collected by any expected recoveries either direct from the bank or by any of thier agents as well.
I am having a wellmaintained record with the bank which I dont want to spoli just for some outstanding so please guide me & reply at the earliest
My only urge to you is collect the whole & sole in an easy EMI or PDC as possible & they are saying you have to pay the full al together otherwise they will recover the same by other mode.
