[Resolved] HSBC Bank — NOT ATTENDING MY COMPLAIN | |
I HAD GIVEN PMS TO HSBC BANK THEY HAVE PUT ME TO HUGE LOSSES AND I HAVE TAKEN UP COMPLAIN WITH HIGHER AUTHORITIES THEY ARE NOT LISTENING THEY SAY WE HAVE CHECKED EVERYTHING IT IS OK WITHOUT LISTENING MY SIDE THEY HAVE TAKEN ONE SIDE DECESION. FURTHER I HAVE REQUESTED FOR PAPERS WHICH ARE REQUIRED FOR COMPLAINING TO RBI AND SEBI WHICH THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING NOR MY MAIL FORWARDED TO ALL HIGHER DEPARTMENT NONE CARED TO ACKNOWLEDGE. same problem with hsbc pms.incompetent fund managers who charge s money to underperform. rbi/sebi should suggest guidelines to ensure that the investors intersted is protected.can these and similar complaints be passed on to the relevant regulatory bodies pl ? can anyone suggest some remedial measures? amitabha datta kolkata
