[Resolved]  HSBC Bank — Cheque bounce

Hi,
I have ECS from HDFC loan and it will be debited from my HSBC acount every 4th of month. But unfortunately i found cheque was bounsed back and i got a call from HDFC loan agent. when i equired with HSBC bank team, they said available balance is less so we have refused the cheque.

As per bank, amount available was 7969/- and cheque was 6529/-. But where as my available balance was 6372 and rest amount is hold due to "BALANCED BASED CHARGES" not maintained. But there is no information given to me via SMS or any other way about these deduction.
also it is noted that, 7969/- amount was present for nearly 10days and "BALANCED BASED CHARGES" not deducted from my acount, and i thougt that there is sufficient fund available for ECS but bounsed finally.

after that, they said OK, what ever is happend we sorry about that & we will revert back the amount which was dedcuted for bounsing the cheque.
But they can not delete the transaction from the statement.

Now i want to go for Home loan at "X" bank and they are saying due to cheque bounse issue we can approve your loan.


Please help me in getting the issue closed. also note HDFC charged 440/- Rs for ECS bounse.
