Dear Sir
I have placed order for the product code 3085, 3091, 3070 against reference No.[protected] dated[protected] on my HSBC Credit Card. No.[protected], against redemption of credit crad reward points, But still thay are not sending the same and saying the reward redemption cataloge has been changed with effect from[protected], as I had placed the order on dated[protected], hance the HSBC should send the product as per previous cataloge
