I AM HOLDING A SAVING ACCOUNT IN HSBC BANK FROM LAST 15 YEARS, RECENTLY I HAD DEPOSIT RS 10000/- IN MY ACCOUNT ON 30TH SEP TO FULFIL MY REQUIRMENT OF FUNDS FOR MY PERSONAL LOAN ECS FROM THAT ACCOUNT. BUT BANK HAD BOUNCED THAT AND WHEN ENQUIRED WITH CUSTOMER CARE, PERSON TOLD ME THE ACCOUNT WAS IN NEGATIVE BALANCE OF RS 350/ SOME 15 BANK CHGS ENTRIES. WHEN A RAISED QUESTIONS, THE CCE DISCONNECTED MY CALL
HOW A CUSTOMER COME TO KNOW THE BALANCE IN NEGATIVE, AND HOW BANK CAN PUT THE FUNDS ON HOLD WITHOUT INFORMATION TO CONSUMER. WANT TO KNOW WHAT LEGAL ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST BANK FOR THE SAME AND HOW WE CAN ACCEERATE THIS MATTER WITH MEDIA, TO AWARE CONSUMER, HOW MNC BANKS ARE MILKING OUR HARD & FAST MONEY, WHICH WE EARNED AFTER PAYING HUGE TAXES.
