Problems in home loan disbursal

Very poor if not NIL customer service from HSBC

HSBC is the worst bank to open an account in, I would say to anyone who is even thinking of opening an account with this bank - dont do it.
I opened an NRE and NRO account with them about 3 yrs ago, first they got my name wrong, then other details wrong. Even if you go to the branch personally the staff pretend to be helpful but do nothing at all.

After a few months there were some withdrawls from my account, which ofcourse...
