Dear sir

HSBC PRAGATHI FINANCE they provided loan Rs. 40,000/- for my loan a/c[protected] for 36 months EMI is 2243 interest is graeter the prinple amount is it correct for RBI rules Total amount is 80748 and also 3 checks given to at the time loan for ECS pupose signed all the documents they Issued for Health Insurence policey without inform me is it compalsary for insurence at the time of loan . They activated ECS for Insurence also at time office HSBS branch was closed with out inform the cutomer. I went office they saying recless answers

HSBC PRAGATI FINANCE — LOAN CLARIFICATION

I Complained on HSBC PRAGATHI FINANCE Dt.[protected] in site http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/hsbc-pragathi-finance-c461152.html . HSBC PRAGATHI FINANCE they provided loan Rs. 40,000/- for my loan a/c[protected]
I received a Letter from HSBC (Ref No. [protected]) they are asking 11 days for clarification. On[protected] I received another letter saying they need more time to give clarification of my complaint. Earlier also they taken 90 days to complete my E- mail Complaint but I am not satisfied for those answers of your people . so I can approach consumer complaints. I hope At least these will give complete clarification. I did not understand how many days needed HSBC people for my simple clarification . Is this way blaming me last 2 ½ year but I am paying loan as regular intervals through EMI .
I need complete clarification as early as possible

    Dear Sir,

    In continuation to my earlier complaint which is tagged under -http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/hsbc-personal-loan-c457457.html, I would like to inform you that the above mentioned official of HSBC played a brutal act of hiding herself and she started avoiding my escalation by informing her peer team members to convey that she is not in her desk or she is meeting and so on. I was p-a-t-i-e-n-t and believed her team members status confirmation. But one fine day they said she is not in her desk and she didnt turn to office today. I was online in my mobile and called her desk from my landline number, she picked my call and got caught. She felt so bad and insulted on her hide out being revealed by her foolish act of cowardness. How can a VP of Customer Service be uncourageous??

    She was rude once she came online and tried to cover her folly act by raising her voice - she has sent 10 times email seeking 7 more days of TAT to resolve the case. Now my concern is in HSBC CEO's desk - Ms. Naina Lal Kidwai. She is also not interested in giving a response.

    HSBC wrongly updated my CIBIL ratings for 3 years and thereby all my financial supports were blocked. HSBC threatened me and my family members by their Debt Management Team wrongly for 3 years after settlement made in 2007. I have the necessary proof for the same.

    I need a fair compensation for all HSBC brutal and setback customer service. Kindly help me on this.

SOMEBODY HAS USED THIS FOR ONLINE PURCHASING SO MY CREDIT BALANCE INCREASED,HSBC HAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF MY COMPLIANT AND THEY CONTINUE CHARGED INTREST,I PUT A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT.
      BY THE HELP OF LEGAL ADVISIOR OF HSBC,I PAID MAIN AMOUNT WITHOUT ANY EXPENSES ON[protected]AND NOW CURRENT BALANCE IS ZERO.BUT STATUS IS NOT CLEAR IN CIBIL STATUS.AND BECAUSE OF THIS I AM NOT ABLE TO TAKE ANY LOAN NOW.

        Hi Sir

        I have credit card holder of HSBC Bank. And the Credit Card Number is [protected]. I had some dispute amount of Rs 11000 + amount with the bank in Month Oct 2010.Since i had not done the traction. I had been complaining to the bank since last 1.5 years. But never got answer Because of this i Did not pay the money since that time..

        I got call from one of the bank recovery agent Name is Amol Patil. He abused my family and told me that if i will not pay the money , He will kill my family and so on. More ever he told me that he is from Police etc. My father is heart patient and it cause the problem to her.

        I seriously want to understand whether bank is doing this or some other agencies are doing this.

        I came to know that the amount is reached up to 35 K which is really not acceptable since there were dispute between bank and me.

        I want to know to whome should i Approach and how to Approach.

        Last month i recevice a call from delhi recovery agent(Akashky)
        they pressure me for settelment of card.the minium amount to be paid as per him is 50 thousand.after that his pressure i was give him to rs.10 thousand cash & a post dated cheque(clearly told them dont produce cheque without talk with me)Again give 10 thousand.
        but still that agent has trouble me on mobile & Office land line no.
        because of this hrassment my job is in danger.

        please note that i already commit them for rest amount before 30 th dec.

        HSBC Loan in the Name of Manoj Mallaya Gattas

        My Aunt is getting calls on her cell phone and our landline from 32089146.It seems Mr Gattas has availed some loan and my grandfather Mr H Arelly is the gurantor.Hence they are calling us and using abusive language. We have also reported the same to Police at Andheri. The person calling claims himself from HSBC, Mald west branch. Name - Imran Shaikh. And when the police called he said he is calling from Mumbra.

        Request you to please let me know the address of this number if possible. Or please guide me with a proper legal process to take action.

        I only want is there any way the bank official get aware of their staff behavior. No way bank of such big reputation can spare such elements. This information must reach to the top officials of HSBC...I am sure immediate corrective action will definetely be initiated.

          Subject: “Settlement done - PL Account not closed by the Bank for 3 yrs - Customer Escalates to Banking Ombudsman - HSBC CEO Ms. Naina Lal Kidwai negotiates for an amicable settlement”

          Hi,
          I am Solomon Jesudoss Jones who took HSBC Personal loan in the year 2005 - Gone for settlement in 2007 December.
          Settlement done by self, as per the content of settlement letter on 10th December 2007, However, account was not closed by the HSBC bank till June 2010.
          I approached the HSBC Nodal & Chennai Banking Ombudsman after all my recently applied Car / PL / Home loan applications got rejected by the other banks.
          I came to know that HSBC has black listed my profile by wrongly updating an overdue figure in CIBIL records for 3 years. HSBC's Debt Management Team & Legal Advocates did the follow -up with me for collecting the money in this Interim Period of 3 yrs, post to the settlement done by self. HSBC continuously pestered, contributed mental trauma & agony to self and family members.
          HSBC accepted their mistake in written as Clerical Oversight Negligence error since the concern brought to light by self to Banking Ombudsman. Now HSBC closed the PL account post to hundreds of mail sent by self to Nodal & Banking Ombudsman and later changed the status as Settled in CIBIL records in June 2010 wherein it was wrongly updated as "WRITEOFF" for last 3 YRS.
          HSBC hasn't returned the 5 Security Cheques yet, given by self to the Bank. HSBC agrees that they haven’t closed the account post to the settlement cash received in the year 2007. Wherein the Personal Financial Services Head of HSBC - Mr. Gannesh Bharadwaj and his Team confirms that they have sent the cheques in March 2008 via Blue dart services.
          Wherein when I enquired with Blue Dart, a gentleman named Mr. Sundar Rajan from Chennai Team confirmed that the mentioned Air Way Bill # does not belong to the March 2008 batch. And he confirmed that the consignment is sent only on Sept 2010 by a different person to a different address.
          HSBC approached Blue Dart Mumbai and hooked Mr. Floyd and cooked the information and confirmed that the shipment has been sent on March 2008 itself. And he confirmed in his letter that they have two shipment details with the same AWB #.
          One belongs to March 2008 and the other Sep 2010. And they are not willing to share any further information since it’s a very back dated case. Now HSBC & Blue Dart together trying to play fool around with me, wherein am yet to receive the cheques.
          Amidst all these chaos HSBC CEO - Ms. Naina Lal Kidwai & Her Team - Mr. Gannesh Bharadwaj, Mr. Maneesh Srivastava & Ms. Sathya Srinivasan, Mr. GS Balaji, Ms. Vaishali, Ms. AS Sudha are trying to play self appraised escalation matrix and trying to convince their folly with a handful of peanuts compensation to settle this case amicably.

          There is no one with proper Customer Service handling skills available with this World's local bank - From Top CEO to Associate level!
          They have a sick database to check the previous interactions done by the team with the customer. Every time the customer has to update the chief officials on the query that we have posted with them. They keep changing – every time new officials will interact and we need to update them, its tactics played by the HSBC to play fool around with the customers and drag the case for ages.
          Dear Public,
          Never feel proud or relaxed or believe that your concern will get addressed immediately - If they say they are the CEO / Heads / VP or whatever crap they want to tag themselves - None knows Customer Service and none deserves their stipulated designations and keep up their commitment.
          Honestly they complicate, drag and confuse more than the customer care executive. HSBC Management is known for that!!

          My Concerns to be addressed by the HSBC Bank –
          1. Compensation of 2.5 Millions for wrongly Black Listing post to the settlement done in the year 2007.

          2. 5 Security cheques to be handed over / Need an inspection to be done on the entire database. Since they tell stories to the customer as the account closed in 2010 vary with the confirmation on cheques sent in March 2008.

          3. Immediate Medical expenses to be met for mental agony and trauma contributed to all our family members by HSBC.

          I agree to what you said Mr. Solomon. Everyone from top CEO to the associate wants to be on the safer side. They will feel the pain when they step into your shoes or they face a situation like yours. I believe you will get a fair justice on your case by the consumer department. They do it in diplomatic manner solving the issue in a good manner.

          Administration of Justice Act 1970 / Administration of Justice Act, 1981

          Section 40 of the Administration of Justice Act makes it a Criminal offence for debt collectors to make demands for debt payment frequently or “subject him or members of his family or household to alarm, distress or humiliation”.

          The Protection from Harassment Act 1997

          Through The Protection from Harassment Act 1997, harassment can be classed as a criminal offence. It is an offence to:
          “Cause harassment, alarm or distress” which must happen on at least two occasions and can be verbal or written. An example of this type of harassment would include continued calls to your workplace.
          “Cause fear of violence” which again must happen on at least two occasions.

          1: “It is unfair to communicate, in whatever form, with consumers in an unclear, inaccurate or misleading manner.”
          2. Those contacting debtors must not be deceitful by misrepresenting their authority and/or the correct legal position.

          Hello Team,

          I have having problem with HSBC personal home load. They keep changing my rate of interest. in the recent example they send m e the letter stating my rate of interest 9% from 30 Nov but after few days they changed back to 10%.

          So is there any legal clause where bank cannot change rate of interest at least for so certain days.

          Also they ask me to do some investment and they will make me the premium member which they did but when my UK branch call India to confirm if I am premium customer in India they say NO, however they issued me premium cheque book, premium member debit etc for my India account
          I think its cheating because as per HSBC if you are premium customer in one country then you will become premium in other country as well.

          Is there any legal help for my case?

            Since July 2010 ,I am not getting bills /statements from the HSBC bank Credit card div. I tried to complain on their tel.no.66800001, but being a too long interactive ,automatic system I failed.Last many adays their persons from recovery dept. hre persistently harrassing me by making calls at home,& at office .Itried to tell them about non receipt of bills. They asked me contact customer care which is again interactive.
            You are requested to kindly see to it that I receive the bills in time & till then no late payment charges are levied.

            HSBC Bank India — Harrassment on the phone

            I get at least 10 phone calls everyday from various call centres of HSBC offering me to convert my o/s on credit card to instalments and a loan on my credit card. I keep telling them to strike my name off their list and update their records but I get these calls from Bombay, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi multiple times in a day only representing the same bank. I am feeling completely harrassed and victimised. Half my battery on the phone is wasted on HSBC calls. Its been happening for the last 3 months. I have almost started dreading the phone ring.

            Please please do something. I feel helpless..

              I AM BEING THREATENED BY SOME MUSCLEMEN APPOINTED BY HSBC CREDIT CARD, I AM RECEIVING CALLS THAT THEY WILL BEAT ME AND KIDNAP MY FAMILY MEMBERS.IF I DO NOT REPAY THE AMOUNT.
              AFTER A LOT OF STRESS ON MY BRAIN I CAME TO KNOW THAT I GOT A CREDIT CARD OF HSBC AROUND 6 YEARS BACK, WHICH WAS MADE AFTER REPEATED FOLLOW UPS AND REQUEST BY THEM. I WAS TOLD IT IS FREE OF COST THROUGH OUT LIFE.BUT WHEN I TRIED TO USE IT AT ONE PLACE , IT WAS FOUND THAT ITS MAGNETIC FIELD WAS CORRUPT AND CARD WAS NOT USABLE, SO IT WAS NEVER USED.
              I INFORMED THE HSBC THRU MAIL ALSO AS NOBODY PICKS UP CALL AT THEIR CALL CENTRE.

              I USED TO GET SO MANY CALLS FROM THEM , BUT I REPETEDLY TOLD THEM THE SAME THING.

              I WAS EVEN THREATENED FEW YEARS BACK ALSO , BUT FROM LAST THREE YEARS THERE WERE NO CALLS.

              I DESTROYED ALL THE DOCUMENT ASSUMING IT IS OVER NOW.I EVEN DO NOT HAVE THE NO. OF THE CARD.

              YESTERDAY AGAIN I GOT A CALL FROM SOME GOONDAH ELEMENTS THREATENING ME.

              PLEASE HELP ME , I HAVE NEVER USED THEIR CARD AS IT WAS NOT USABLE. AND I HONESTLY TELLS YOU THAT I WILL PAY ENTIRE AMPOUNT IF BANK PROOVES THAT I HAVE DONE ANY PURCHASE ON THAT CARD.

                Hi, I have a credit card with HSBC for almost an year. My payments are reaching HSBC promptly. Off-late i had called up the customer service to get total outstanding due on my card so that i can make a full payment. Having called the customer service agent and getting clarification on the total payment that i needed to pay in total, I made full o/s payment to the bank on the very next day. After 30th day i called up the HSBC to cancel my card, but to my utter shock the customer service agent informs me that i cannot close the card unless i clear the balance due of Rs 110. I informed the customer service agent that i had check with the customer service agent last month and made full payment as per her instruction. In spite of that the customer service agent was very unpleasant, rude and lacked basic etiquette to treat me as a customer. When asked for manager to escalate this issue she was totally unprofessional in replying that the manager cannot involve themselves nor can they help me. My telephone calls to HSBC bank for further help in resolver the above issue has gone unheard by them. Today i received a letter from bank stating that i need to pay the Rs 200 on the card. I would like to have the top management look into this seriously and have this resovled before i could take serious legal actions against the bank and also have this notified to financial Ombudsman Service. Please have this issue resolved and my contact details are:

                  I have make 13000 payment from my credit card from 13 march 2010, bank will give all their customer 50 days validity to pay their bill But they bill me on 25 March 2010 which is last due date. No matter i will submit my check on 22 march 2010 on their south ex branch but company will clear it on 3 April 2010. the check it been clear i'll check it out from my bank account statement. For some reasons i have to out of town for few month. the company didn't told me your due is clear or not they just increased penalty and late payment charges month by month. i came my town in the Oct. i just check out the bill it is around 4596 rs. i talk to them (bank representative) but they did give no satisfactory answer on this matter they just tell me just pay your balance amount. also my call is also block.

                  Pls. advice me what i can do on this.

                  HSBC Bank — increase the billing amount

                  Sir/Madam,
                  I booked four ticket at irct through my HSBC cradit card on 18
                  sep and 19 sepn which having cost Rs 3015, 3015, 1515 AND 1515
                  BUT my bank encreases this amount up to Rs 3069, 3069, 1542 and
                  1542 using hiden charge.
                  but at the time of receiving this cradit card from HSBC, they said
                  that no extra money will charge if you pay this money befors 52 days
                  please advise me to resolve the issue ASAP.

                  HSBC Credit Cards — Due Date

                  This complaint is not speacific to HSBC Credit Cards only but would include Standard Chartered, SBI and some other issuers of credit cards. These companies are defrauding the customers by mentioning the due date on the body of the statement. The fine print actully is that the bank should have realised the payment by the said date. This means that the bank should receive your cheque 4 working days before the due date. The banks use this tool to penalise hapless customers as sometimes their payments would be realised 1-2 days late. I am currently fighting this battle with HSBC and Standard Charteded Bank. My question is why can't the due date be the date by which the customer has to drop the cheque in the drop box. We don't need 50 days of credit but better transparency. We as customers do not wish to sit back and calculate 4 working days before making the payment. I would like RBI to look into this matter.

                  of Two wheeler Loan not a personal loan which then merged with Centurian Bank and for above loan i have not received any phone call or any letter from bank and for my Two wheeler i have received noc from bank also.                     This is malireddy, upendra.My HSBC credit card no - [protected]. I have made my last payment in 12/04/2008 i.e April12th 2008 of 2500 RS. and after that i didnt use the card for long time and then i came to knw that i lost my card.Last 6 months back i got a call from Chennai thrid party and told that i need to pay the of 8000 RS inorder to close the card..I got shock and asked the details and there is no response. And now recently i planned for Loan and came to know there is outstanding amount of 14100( there is no transaction since last 2years but they charged intrest may be for late payment) in CIBIL. now iam ready to pay the entire outstanding but the HSBC collection department people(Balacheran, swetha) telling that they will not give any proof or reciept. They are telling i need to drop a cheque and it will take 10 working days to reflect in the system. Even im ready to drop but i have seen so many complaints reg HSBC that even if the customer wil pay the entire then sometimes it will not reflect in the system then again the customer need to pay the entire amount.Hence i asked them i required a recipet or proof telling that i payed the entire amount but they are not willing to give and the way they respond is really iritate to the customer. I dont know why the service is worst in HSBC. i have other credit card and recently i closed standard credit card and i got all the documents at the time of payment, really i appreciate that since as a customer i feel very happy the way service provided.

                    Kindly please take this complaint, since because of this my loan is not getting which is affecting my life. I am willling to pay the outstanding amount eventhough there is no usage of mine, but require the recipet or proof. Else if there is any confirmation mail or message telling that i payed the amount from HSBC Bank person.

                    HSBC Credit Card — Have not closed credit card

                    I was using HSBC credit card 3 years back. I placed to request to close this account in feb-2006. There was no amount at that time. Looks like they did not close the account at that time.

                    Now they are calling me that there is 13000 balance due. (Annual fee and charges). Now Unnecessary they are harressing me.

                    HSBC Credit Card — not rceipt of bill

                    from last 3 months i am not receiving the monthly bills. please send immediatly.
                    It is trully torturing and without any response towards complaints, and not caring for their customers.
                    I was using HSBC credit card 3 years back. I placed to request to close this account in 2006. There was no amount at that time. More over the credit card had expired 2 years back, and i have no valid credit card of HSBC. There were many phone calls from the hsbc personals for having a credit card but every time i told them that i am not willing for any credit card.
                    Now they are sending sms on my cell phone to me that there is 401 balance due ending with 3714. Now Unnecessary they are harressing me.

                    HSBC Credit Card — Amount Claimed after Settlement

                    I had a HSBC Credit Card with No [protected] which was setteled in 10th Dec 2008 for Rs.11000.00, now after six months i receive Card Outstanding for Rs.33000.00. When asked the Bank Simply Says your payment of Rs.11000.00 was accounted in Bank by 12th Dec 2008 only. So u need to pay immediately. Rs.33000.00

                    If Banks with all legal Power/Goondas Power/ and all other intelectual support going in a perverted way and attack innocent people like me, what am i supposed to do.

                    Due to this outstanding I been denied Loan for urgent pupose by all banks.

                    H.S.B.C Credit Card — Amount Claimed after Closing Credit Card

                    Respected Sir,
                    I had a HSBC Credit Card with Account No [protected] & mine name is Odhavji Tamboria and from last year I was very fed up with this bank and finally i did closed mine account through phone[protected] on date 24/12/2009 I had speaked to Mr.Rashiji on Hsbc creditcard customer care in the evening at 19:10 hrs (7.10 pm) and he convinced me that my credit card account in Hsbc is closed with Zero balance and gaved me the reference no.[protected]
                    Now the Hsbc official is giving me a notice through call and the person name was Ms.Purnima on dt. 10th Mar 2010 at 16:05 hrs(4.05 pm) of payment abt Rs.3000 saying my outstanding balance whereas I didn't use credit card anytime and they are telling that they will nominated my name CIBIL and this bank has been cheating me from the start of time and now even after closing the account.
                    I request the consumer officer to see my complaint and kindly take some action against the bank and reply to this Complaint.

                    Credit Card — Outstanding even after settlement before 3 yrs

                    Hello , I am Mrs. Chatterjee I used to have 4 credit cards 1) SBI 2) ICICI 3) HDFC & 4) HSC. I have settled all cards before 3 and half years back . But now I have applied for a personal loan I came to know that against CC there is O/S of approx 40 + thousand where as I have all settlement letter with me for all the four banks. As I do not have details of which bank's O/S I cannot approach any of them to fight back.

                    Due to this reason my P.Loan got rejected. I want to take action against such Bnaks who give false commitment to customers & then show them in defaulters list.

                    How can I get it rectified because its effecting my credit worthiness even after 3 1/2 years.

                    HSBC Credit Card — HSBC asking for payment even after settlement

                    his is in reference to the calls made to me from your collections department.

                    History: I had an HSBC credit card taken somewhere on 2004...2005 bearing the no. [protected] which started defaulting in 2006 because of some personal problems I had. After this, Mr. Suketu from HSBC contacted me in 2009 and I had got this card settled. I have the letter and the receipt for the payment on the same.
                    Present: A lady called Geeta is constantly calling me up on my landline no. at office and abusing me asking to pay up for a card no. [protected] which I never applied for. I have already written to the customer service department on this and they will be reverting to me by 01st June, 2011. Inspite of this, I still keep getting calls from Geeta on my office landline and she keeps insisting for payment.
                    A few things I would like to highlight:

                    1. I already had a card from HSBC of a high limit( settled) and I had defaulted in it, inspite of that, how can the bank give me a card again?
                    2. This card shows swipes and balance over in 2-3 months itself, I am unaware of this.
                    3. If this is my card, for reassurance, I asked Geeta to show me the application form bearing my signature or merchant slips showing my signature...she conveniently said it cannot be provided.
                    4. A card merely having my name, address, nos. and pan card does not really prove I have taken this card, unless you show me the application form.

After that i stopped using that credit card. balace is 300rs. recently i applied for housing loan. they told 27, 000 rs balance with hsbc card.i paid total outstanding amount and requisted for NOC. i paid the amount before 4 months. from that day onwards i called so many times, but there is no response. worst bank. i didn't get any receipt or NOC.
                    what to do. i dont understand. If i will not get NOC from bank, Housing loan people refusing to give loan.

                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                      I have received a notice from The Honkong & Shanghai Banking Co., Ltd, #84, Ghandhi Bazaar Main Road, Basavanagudi, Bangalore – 560084 for the outstanding balance of 5,31,618.54 rupees on the credit card No: [protected].

                      I did not apply for this card in The Honkong & Shanghai Banking Co., Ltd.

                      I did not receive the card bearing the number [protected] and I did not make any transactions using this card.

                      My permanent address is the same for few decades, my local address in Bangalore is the same from December 2007 to till date and my mobile number ([protected]) is also same from August 2007. The Honkong & Shanghai Banking Co., Ltd did not communicate to me either through postal or telephone or e-mail service till date regarding delivery of the card, monthly statement, due amount, etc. All of a sudden, on 4th October 2010, I received the notice for the huge outstanding amount to my permanent address. The area pincode (641001) mentioned in the notice is also not correct. My actual area pincode is 628501.

                      I have spoken to the contact as mentioned in the notice, Mr. Tharanth Ramamoorthy, Manager of Basavanagudi branch. Initially He said that card was delivered in Nov 2007 and later He said that was a renewal card for another credit card. He is not giving much details of the credit card account.

                      In Nov 2007, I have applied for a credit card in The Honkong & Shanghai Banking Co., Ltd., received a credit card bearing the number [protected], used that card, and paid all the dues to the bank. This account was closed by the bank on May 2010 and no additional card is issued for this card. I have attached the no due letter that I received from the bank’s customer care. That letter clarifies the above mentioned details.


                      I think, either bank sent the notice to my permanent address by mistake or someone misused my name and permanent address for their application and bank did not verify the application properly. The Honkong & Shanghai Banking Co., Ltd. has to check their records properly and scrutinize their credit card application process

                      am going a lodge complaint in RBI . If necessary action is not taken I will involve media as well. Your immediate action will be appreciated.

                      I hope you will understand my present position and help me in this regard to get rid of this situation and resolve the problem at the earliest!

                      HSBC Bank — Misuse of my credit card

                      Hi ,
                      As per discussion with Archana(customer Support Executive) and Madhusudan (Manager), I came to know that all the dispute transaction has been given under the favour of bank.

                      Would like to know that on bases bank decided to give under the bank favour.

                      1) Police complaint is given where it was mention that card lost on 26 Dec 09.
                      2) Proof was given that signature was not matching on the payment slip.
                      3)Collected all the details from my own side , where the bank not done any single help to trace out the dispute transaction. Not informed even on any of the dispute transcation,
                      4) If matching of Signature is not condition , why bank will ask for the signature on Credit card ?
                      5) Never came back or send any progress detial on this issue and
                      Finally once i enquired abt the issue , these people update me that bank has resolved all issue in bank favour. Under what creteria bank decided to put under their favour.
                      Having such a good history of payment before timing , not even a single time the delay was done. then also bank treat such kind of cusotmer. It is shamed for Bank.

                      And every time if i write to bank , some other person will reply and they will ask for all the detials again n again. which is very disgusting where bank cannot maintain all the detials once send to bank from customer.

                        This is regarding HSBC credit card [protected], which I have not received and used by someone else.

                        Let me explain clearly: I am an SAP consultant and was working with Intelligroup Bangalore from 3rd January 2008 to 6th June 2008. Then after I got relocated to Hyderabad. But after two years now I am receiving calls and legal notices from HSBC saying that I used HSBC credit card and need to pay 60000/-. I found one contact number on legal notice and called him. As he said that they issued my credit card on 12th June 2008, which is clearly telling that I am not received because I was not there in Bangalore after I got transferred to Hyderabad on 6th June 2008. I explained him the same and also told that I can show evidence that where I have a mail from my manager that I reported from 9th June 2008 in Hyderabad Intelligroup. After few days I got another legal notice and the contact person name is changed and when I called them I was told that they investigate and let me know but still they are harassing me. When I went to HSBC and talked to their executive he said that I need to write a mail to [protected]@hsbc.co.in.

                        I am sincerely requesting you to look into this as soon as possible and close. Unnecessarily without receiving the card I am getting harassed by collection executives.

                        Please take this seriously and let me know if I can get benefited legally for their harassment.

                          I am paleti upendra Lakshman Rao Having 3 credit cards in HSBC from more than 10years. out of three one card was cancelled on[protected].vide card No.[protected], and second one is also cancelled on[protected] vide card No.[protected], oprating the 3rd card no[protected] till March 2010 with an out standing of Rs.23,748.94Np. out of that i have paid Rs 6700 on[protected] vide cheque no.0808512 and balance payement of Rs 17,048.94 also i have cleared on[protected] including intrest Rs.17,439 vide cheque no.808519.
                          Here the payment is deposited into card no [protected] insted of card No [protected] in to cancelled account. even though it is a cancelled card bank credited to that account and demanding the payment of arrers for running card.That i have clarified over phone. they have got it transfer to regular account. after that they have started demanding and harasing to pay intrest and penality for the period of transfer effected in their records as delay payment. from that day onwords I am not using my card and informed over phone and sent mails also to cancel my card. even though they are harasing me over phone daily and thretning me that they are goingto provide this information to the credit information bureau of India limited(CIBIL) vide their letter No.[protected]. kindly help me in this matter and do justice to me.

                          HSBC — Harasing A Non- HSBC Customers

                          Hello,

                          Recently i received a call from HSBC ( a call center executive from Delhi), the executive spoke in hindi, said i am HSBC account holder, i have a due to pay, and he said that I have this account with them over 10yrs now and i am working with some company, i told the Executive, I never had any Credit card till date nor i was eligible to have a card ten yrs back, the executive claimed i was working for an company called Anchor, he said my name is so and so( some name), i am was like.. "Sir, i am not that person mentioned and was never an employ of the company mentioned ", Exceutive said, he cant do anything about that and he wants me to pay the Due, or else face the consequences, they would send a notice.. i said i would complaint to the consumer courts and put case against them, the Executive hung up abruptly.

                          Again i would like to stress upon my words to HSBC, TILL DATE I NEVER HAD ANY CREDIT CARD FROM ANY COMPANY.,

                          I would like to request Gov. of India to take Severe action against this company, i think this company does some "luck dip draw" from some database they gather from and picks ups someones name & someones phone number and call up and harass,

                            itself . i willing to cancel my credit card but there is no proper response from customer care to cancel the card. Now i got the sms on oct 15th that i have to pay Rs. 1049, total amount due. i did not know how the the amount have came and then why i have to pay . Give me the proper reason from your side and cancel my card as soon as possiable . kindly make the step to clear my problem.

While issuing cheque my passbook showed an amount of Rs.2800/-as bal. but unfortunately the balance has not been updated because of that a cheque came & passed, did not come to

                              Beware of HSBC home loan sales practices where they disburse loans in their systems without obtaining the necessary property documentation and then hold on to your demand draft until the property documents are submitted to them. Meanwhile your EMI payments start and you are paying interest on funds that have not been received by you.
                              This is absolutely very very true, this has just happened to me. I feel conned

                                I got HSBC Credit Card Number [protected]. They told me that there is no annual fee for the credit for life. I charged for Rs 1158.15 for annual fee. Even I do not use that card from the day beging. There is no transaction for even 1 rupee. Then how they charged like this. If we refuse to pay the amount they simply reverse the same and make a list in CIBIL. (The same thing happen to one of my friend Mr S Satheeshkumar) How can you allow this type of business. I got some little goodwill in CIBIL. What is my position now?

                                  This is in regards to the Credit Card with end four digit 6363(if needed I will provide
                                  full CC number), Bank is claiming that this card is related to my account despite of the fact that neither I applied for this card ever nor I received/used it ever despite of this they keep calling me time by time
                                  for the outstanding payments I have already logged written complaint with HSBC bank around 1.5 years
                                  back but still they bothering me and making my personal life hell, I asked them to give any proof/document
                                  which supports the fact that I received/used this card buy they never provide any detail, now I want to
                                  log a complaint against them in consumer court or any consumer complaint forum and need your help.
                                  Awaiting your response on this.

                                      I had a credit card of HSBC bearing the no.[protected] .After using the card i made the cash payment few months against statement.
                                      After sometime as because of some unavoidable circumstances was unable to make the payment asked the bank for settlement if they have any option for the same. One day a executive Mr. Sajid ,Mob. No.[protected] ,of M/s Bilkish Associates Pvt. Ltd, Andheri, (West) Mumbai came to me on 16.05.2008 with a settlement letter no.MUM/WO/MAY-08/15/MFS dt .May 15, 2008 where clearly mentioned INR 12000/- is to be made on or before 19th may 2008 in one installment.
                                      Accordingly Payment of Rs.12000/-given Mr. Sajid under CHQ. No.813167 dt.17.05.08 of HDFC Bank and also the amount debited from my account. Mr. Sajid has also given me one receipt of HSBC bearing the no.CPD3 0204216 dt.16.05.08. under which received my Chq. Afterwards as per the commitment made on the HSBC settlement letter neither given me the zero balance statement nor given any no dues clearance, not only that even after receiving the settlement amount not updated to CIBIL ,as a result of which my name has not been removed.
                                      It has been observed from many instances that in most of the cases banks are agreed upon the settlement but even after collecting the money from the customer and not up dating CIBIL and harassing the customer.
                                      Hence, I urged before you for justice with the removal of my name from the CIBIL

                                      Credit card payment — Name not removed from CIBIL

                                      I have cleard all dues of Credit Cards in[protected] and having NOC from all the BANKs . Recently I have applied for a loan in CITI BANK and I was told that my application is rejected since name is there on CIBIL.

                                      HSBC Bank — Name added in CIBIL instead of doing the settlement

                                      I had a HSBC credit card 2 years back, but in an accident i lost it & i couldn't block it because i was in a Hospital, so when i came back i made a police complaint & called HSBC to block the credit card & they said that there was a Fraud Trans made for 14, 000/-to my card. I went to tha bank showed the police report but they said that they couldn't help & i have to pay or else they will take legal actions, so i managed some amount & asked the Recovery agent to do the settlement & they told that i have to pay atleast 11, 000, so i paid that smt & they promised me that my name would not be added to the CIBIL list, but now i m not able to apply for loans / credit card & my name is been added to CIBIL, so pls help me in this case.

                                      all bank are [censored]r, , kill to bank people. and never apply for cards and loans Y u need all this, better is ask from ur relations or friends pay them % "interest" and ur relations and friends can get profit from u, this is best way..

                                      I had already setteled a credit card payment of HDFC cr card by making a payment of Rs.19000 in sep,2008.,as per their settlement letter.
                                      Now one year has elapsed, they are not bothered to remove my name from CIBIL.

                                      The Terror Squad (ATS) arrested a suspected Pakistani spy on Tuesday for allegedly passing on vital information about Army establishments to the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) since 2005.

                                      Karachi resident Fahad Imam (30) was arrested from Mumbai where he had been staying since August 2008. Significantly, Imam has voted in this Lok Sabha elections — he has a genuine voter identity card issued to him in a fake name from January.

                                      The ATS has recovered documents related to the Army, Personal Financial Information, maps of prohibited areas and a diary containing names and addresses of people living in different Indian and Pakistani cities from Imam’s possession. Besides, a driving license issued from Sikar in Rajasthan, a mobile phone, a motorcycle and money receipts of the Western Union Bank from Pakistan have also been found on him
                                      he DIG, Rajiv Sabbarwal (ATS), said: “A Class IX dropout, Imam s revealed that he was recruited by one Debt recovery agency “Blikish Associates”, an ISI Sister concern in Karachi in 2004. After an extensive training, he was sent to India through Wagah border with a Pakistani passport on April 16, 2005.”
                                      During interrogation, Imam said the ISI official had given him a ticket of an India-Pakistan cricket match to be held in Delhi. He had crossed the border on the pretext of watching the match. He stayed in Surat and at last in Mumbai’s Bhaindar area. Imam had visited to Shimla, Ambala, Patiala, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Agra and districts bordering Nepal to collect and pass on information through email and fax.
