HSBC is fraud BANK. Representitve of HSBC always provide worng information to customer related of credit card, and bank policy.

I rellay belive that and stay with you people to shout out that HSBC bank is sons of bank.

I have not even applied for any credit card. These bloody sons of informed CIBIL false information stating that card has been issued on 29th Aug 2008 and closed 30th Aug 2008 with an amount of 5008/- overdue. is there any bank who will issue card and close on the very next day with overdue amount.

Sub: Fraud for £7000

I am the legal advisor of My client Mr Ashish A Modi who is recently in hospital and taking treatment for Depression because of somebody do the Cheat for more than £7000 and between last six months.and thats why he got mentally effects.so i requested to you please see in the matter and do the needfull.Actually my Client Mr Ashish A Modi opened a Passport Account on 1st feb 2011 Sort Code 400632 and Account no 81664573 but on 15th March 2011 Mr Ashish Deposit £2000 at the same time somebody withdraw the same £2000 agin Mr Ashish Deposit on 31st march 2011 £2000 and somebody withdraw £1550 and on the statement Mr K Patel is written but my client never know him withdraw £250 again on 16th may 2011 He deposit £1351 and the same time somebody withdraw the £1351.and on the next day 17th may 2011 Mr Ashish deposit £3000 and again somebody withdraw £3000.So this is the matter for more than £7000 and i want to take legal actions again the scramers.If my client not recieve his money back i will send this e-mail to British council for getting resolution.If you have any Querries regarding this case please do not hasitate to contact me.and Here i am attached all the evidence to helpfull to the management.
