Dear Sir, I was a HSBC Credit Card Customer, I had got a call from you're executive for a balance transfer, I conditionally agreed if I get it before my due date, I will accept it, I did not received the same on the time, so I dint use it. after then I immediately got the Statement, I went personally to the bank to say that I dint use the Balance Transfer Cheque, this is not the first time I am telling this complain to you, Please resolve this ASAP.
