HSBC — overdue charges

I have a HSBC credit card. Card No. is [protected]. final amt. of this card is 25174/- last due date is 10/03/09. i had given 25200/- to HSBC dated 30/03/09. because HSBC collection executive said to me that no extra charges or overdue will not be charge from you till 30/03/09 if you will pay 25174/-
Besides the above statment I received MY very next bill on 15/04/09 with due amt. of Rs. 2559.52 which is totaly unjustified and i am not position to pay this amt.

I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE, SOMEONE WHO CARES TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER WOULD SOLVE MY PROBLEM PERSISTING SINCE FEW MONTHS NOW.
LET ME START ONE MORE TIME FOR YOU, I WAS OFFERED A CREDIT CARD WHEREIN I WAS TOLD I NEED NOT PAY ANY ANNUAL FEE (LIFE TIME FREE CARD) SINCE WE HAD A CO-OPERATE ACCOUNT WITH YOU. I WAS ALSO TOLD EVEN IF I HAD TO LEAVE THE COMPANY I WILL NOT BE CHARGED.

LATER WHEN I HAPPENED TO CHECK MY ACCOUNT OF MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND THE CREDIT DETAILS I WAS SHOCKED AS I WAS CHARGED AN ANNUAL FEE OF RS.700.10. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE TO BRING IT TO THE NOTICE IF IT WAS AN ERROR;AFTER MUCH AGRUMENT I WAS PUT TO SOME SENIOR NAMED ELIZABETH (BOGUS). SHE HEARD WHAT I HAD TO SAY AND SEEMED TO UNDERSTAND THE MATTER; HENCE REQUESTED ME TO PAY THE AMOUNT FOR THAT PERIOD OF TIME AND PROMISED RATHER CONVINCED ME BY SAYING SHE WOULDNOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL WHAT CAME ON THE STATMENT;BUT WOULD HELP ME BY CONVERTING IT TO BONUS POINTS AND ALLOW ME TO USE THE ENTIRE AMOUNT BY BUYING SOMETHING FROM YOUR NET BANKING. I RECONFIRMED AS TO WHETHER I WOULD GET THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF RS.700/- ON SHE AGREED ( ALL CRAP). I ALSO ASKED HER IF I COULD GO TO ANY OUTLETS OF YOURS; SHE INFORMED AND RECONFIRMED STATING THAT YOU'LL(HSBC) DONOT HAVE AN OUTLET BUT CAN USE THE NET SHOPPING FACILITY. TRYING TO BE UNDERSTANDING AND WANTING TO STICK TO YOUR RULES AND REGULATION EVEN THOUGH NOT VERY HAPPY AGREEING TO THE ABOVE CONVERSATION RECONFIRMED WHETHER I WOULD GET MY ENTIRE AMOUNT OF RS.700/- UPON WHICH I WAS GIVEN A POSITIVE ANSWER.(YES).

NOW THAT I WANT TO CLAIM FOR IT I WAS TOLD BY ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON THAT I NEED TO ALSO PAY AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF COURIER FEE AND I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO COME AND COLLECT IT APART FROM NOT ALLOWING ME TO GET THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF RS.700/- THERE IS NO ITEM WHICH IS COSTING RS.700/- BUT INSTEAD ITEMS WORTH RS.600/- U TAKE THE POINTS OF RS.700/- WHEREIN MY RS.100/- IS STILL WITH YOU.WHEN ASKED A QUESTION WHY SHOULD LET GO RS.100/- WHEN YOU CHARGE US AN INTEREST OF RS.400/-ON 10 PAISE IF NOT PAID. ( [censored]EST BANK)
INSPITE OF ALL THIS..I STILL OBEYED THE RULE AND PAYED OFF THE DUES ( looking at your PATHETIC service i have in first place )

I WENT AND PERSONALLY COMPLAINED to Ms. Chaitra a sensible and understanding woman UPON WHICH I WAS PUT ON TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE SAME STORY WAS REPEATED WHICH WASTED MY TIME. I WAS TOLD BY THE ADVISOR THAT I WOULD BE PUT TO THE MANAGER AFTER HOLDING FOR A LONG PERIOD, NO MANAGER CAME TO LISTEN. (AGAIN THE ADIVISORS AND MANAGER IN CALL CENTER ARE NOT DOING THIER JOB OF LISTENING AND HELPING THE CUSTOMER - I WISH THAT ADVISOR AND MANAGER SHOULD LOSE THEIR JOB) I WAS TOLD A SORRY WHICH MEANT THAT WAS ALL THAT THEY COULD DO. THEY TOLD ME TO CANCEL THE CARD WHICH I WILL NOT TILL THIS IS SOLVED.
SO PAY ME MY MONEY BACK / REIMBURSE OR GIVE ME FULL VALUE OF THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. HAVE SOME SHAME.. AND IF YOU REALLY CARE TO SOLVE THE ISSUE AND HELP CUSTOMERS THEN YOU SHOULD START FROM HERE. AND THIS SAME COPY MIGHT ALREADY BEEN FORWARDED TO CEO AND OTHER SENIOR AUTHORITIES OF HSBC. I WONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO ME UNLESS YOU RESOLVE THIS. SO EITHER YOU HELP ME OUT DIRECTLY OR WHEN YOUR HIGHER AUTHORITY MAKE YOU DO IT, CHOICE IS YOURS.
I HAVE WORKED IN RENOWNED BPO, I EXACTLY KNOW HOW THE CUTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED AND WHAT ALL GOES IN THERE TO ESCAPE THE SITUATION.
