HSBC Classic — reversal of all my late payment charges/ settlement of card

Dear Sir,
This is in regard to my credit card No: [protected] in the name of SUMEET BUTALIA.
In this reference I would like to state that I am holding this card for almost 3 years, now due to slow down in economy I have lost the work I was doing creating lot of problem in generating liquidity.
I have been requesting the opeators of your bank to forward the request of settling the account or minimise the amount the removing the charges levied on the account, so that I may give/ pay the ammount in 3 Equal installments.
Kindly look in this matter as Iam genuine customer of your and want to pay what is actually due towards you.

Annual renewal fee — Renewal fee

Dear Sirs,
I am using your card for the past 10 years (approx).
I have no habit of paying panalties or EMI s. I use the card always as a convenience of payment. I never have drawn cash on your card. During the past years other BANKS are also offering the cards with better limits and charging no ANNUAL FEE, for the life time.
I would like to know whether you are in position to extend the concession to me ? if not I would like to surrender the card, as I am already holding GLOBAL corporate card.

HSBC Classic — Annual fee for Life time free card , Renewal of expired card

1. My card [protected] expired on 1.1.09 - New card is not recieved so far - Pleases issue a new card

2. I was told that mine is lifetime free card - you have sent statement for Rs. 1261.51 towards annual fee - pl. waive it

3. My change of address is not yet recorded by your office - Herafater pl. contact me in the following address --- C.S.Jayachandran Nair,
