[Resolved]  HSBC Credit Card — card settlement

I have this credit card form HSBC and due to some financial problems I was not able to do the payments.Howeverdid some minimum payments as the bank kept troubling me with phone calls and sending people at my house.
Now I want to settle this card with whatever cash I ahve.I can pay maximum 50% of the outstanding.The outstanding is 19000 and im ready to pay 10, 000 as that is all I can do.Im going away from india also as im left with no proper job etc. Even after I told all this problem the bank is not cooperating with me for a settlement.
Pls help me in this regard as today i ahve the 10000 which I ahve somehow managed to get from friends.Tomorrow i may not even have this.

My credit card No.[protected] has been closed long back by scratching and dropped the same in the HSBC drop box. But so far no confirmation has been received from HSBC. However, an amount of Rs.551.50 have to be refunded to me. Despite of repeated request, no refund has been made so far.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange the refund amount of Rs.551.50 including reward points immediately please.
