[Resolved]  HSBC Credit Card — Unblock the card

Hi,

I am an HSBC credit card holder, I had not paid the bill for a couple of months and the card got blocked on Jan 13th 2009. Around 20th Jan 2009 i paid all the outstanding balances for the card and have been calling the customer care from Jan 25th i guess for reinstating the card status.

Customer care people have asked me to call the collection department for further details.
Collection department people first said they were not able to access my card details.
Then reverting back to the customer care they asked me to call collection department manager and ask the status. When i did that they had not given me a number to contact, it starts with 4391... a number which keeps ringing and no one answers.

Now its about a month, i have not used my card and the status is still BLOCKED..

What do i do?
