On 8th March 2009 I purchased merchandise for Rs.6460 in Comfy, an Addidas Exclusive show room at T.T.K.Road, Chennai-18. I gave my HSBC Platinum card No. [protected] to the store Manager for payment. He returned back the card to me stating that the card is blocked, much to my embaresment.
I absolutly have No dues as per my statement dt.25.02.2009. When I called up HSBC Customer care this morning ( 09.03.2009 ) Mr.Govinda Rao tried to hush up the whole thing, by giving some vague reasons. He has promised to reverse the penalty, when none existed in the first place. He asked me to call again on 11th March to confirm the same.
Since I dont have the time to call up again, please do the needfulo immediatly and confirm the same by email, if you want me continue using the HSBC card.
