Dear Sir, I Am murugananthan. am using HSBC Credit Card for past 3 years. Last 6 months i didnt receive a statement. I called to your customer care that he told that am using E-Statement. But i lost my security device & also forget password. I could not use E-Statement. I Mentioned the same to your customer care. But i didnt receive any proper reply. Sir,
I am a credit card -Gold- holder. I received the card ( No. [protected] ) as well as the on line security device in the last year. So far i didn't activate the card and operate it for any purposes, of course due to some reasons . In spite of it i have been now informed that there due to be paid by me for Rs.3309/- and advised to make payment.
No statement and break up details have been furnished to me .
I request that i may pl. be clarified in this issue for making any further business on the card.

I am Ramjeet Yadav am using HSBC Credit cord For past 2 years .Last 1 year idid not receve a statement. So kindly sent me statment to my e mail [protected]@yahoo.co.in

HSBC Credit Card — Not receiving Credit card statements
Sorry to say but since last 8-9 month since I'm there in Lucknow I'm not receiving my credit card statement . Even though my address is updated in your system I just dont understand why I have been kept unaware of my monetary transaction.Everytime when your executive calls me, he promise to send me hard copy of statement within 3 days but I haven't recieved any statement till now.every time they tell me to pay minimum bill which I have to pay to avoid late payment even when I know that interest charges will b there on remaining amount.Since I dont have any other option I have to make minimum payment.
On that they are calling everyday and troubling me to minimum payment.
