[Resolved]  HSBC Credit Card — CASH DEPOSIT ATM VIKAS PURI

Dear Sir
Request you to kindly help me in this matter:
I have deposited Rs 10000/- in HSBC vikas puri ATM on 6th of jan 09 reciept enclosed which HSBC bank is denying that there is no such payment recieved against my card no 4384********5304.Despite of my several request on phone and mails they are not accepting and i have also requested them to check the CCTV details the said thetre is no CCTV available at that particular site.
pls help me in getting my money back from HSBC .
