I was a HSBC Classic-V credit holder and my card number was [protected]. I was not satisfied with the service of HSBC as they were charging wrong amount to my account as they used to do for every customer and after that I withdrew my card after settlement with HSBC Bank. They told me that after settlement they would not send me monthly statement and send me a letter for that. The settlement was done in the year 2005, till now I have not received any letter after full settlement. After that they are not sending me the statement but a few days back I came to know from a reliable source that my name is in the Civil Database and they have not deleted my name from that database. So, I am facing a lot of problems for that and it is hampering my social status.
In the light of the above, I am requesting you to look into this matter and take necessary action to solve the same. Otherwise, I will inform this matter to all staffs of NIIT Technologies Limited working all over world and forward the same to all the friends working different IT Organizations all over the world. After that I will take necessary legal action. Previously I sent letter to "s.[protected]@hsbc.co.in" two times, but till now I have not received any response from your end. What you are doing? If you are not in a position to solve the matter then why you are sitting on that chair?

This is reference to above card no, I Jayantila Ranawat would like to inform you that in the 08/10/07 statement you have asked for annual fee charged . But while giving the card to me it was told that there are no such charge and it’s a free card with no add on charges for addon card either
Kindly look into the matter and rectify the mistake as soon as possible
I hold a credit card from HSBC bank.From last one year i waz ill and was on a complete bed rest as i was suffering from fits.
Starting new year 2008 i recieved a letter from a recovery deptt at my permenent address that i have to pay 49000 rupees to the bank as per usage of my card with in coming seven days.
I did not recieved any statement or any bills from the bank for the whole year and a sudden short period notice amused me.
I talked to a reffered person of recovery department regarding the issue.
I asked him for the principle amount, it was 36000. he said to pay the amount(40000) in one go or u can pay it in two installment dat is of 25000 each (in this case you have to pay 50000rs.)
I am ready to pay bt i need the details and i asked him that i need the full and final settlemnt of card so if i can get any rebate, instead of giving me the suitable suggestion he hunged the phone after some time i tried again and he replied u need to pay and u have to pay in this manner only or dont pay and make urself ready to face the consequences.
Now my parents are recieving harrament calls from the recovery department that they have taken a legal action and we`ll put you behind the bars any lot of another things.
Its true and real they are simply increasing the limit without our knowledge and increasing the charges finance charge and membership fee line wise and demanding to make the payment harrasing people and taking money as granted
