[Resolved]  HSBC Credit Card — false statement and dues

i im hsbc credit card holder,
few months ago hsbc called me to take a insurance policy of tata aig and said that only 10 rs will be deducted from ur card for two months. and this will be the trial period. after two months we will ask if to continue or not. but they are deducting 850 rs per months and they did not even asked me to continue or not.im not going to pay a single paisa for it.

HSBC Credit Card — STATEMENTS

Forcibly HSBC personal giving me credit card since more than 6 month before. Since then im getting
monthly statements and the balance payment increasing every month even i didt use a single rupee.
For the last month i recieved a statement of Rs. 4841.41/- with the due date of 15-May-2009.
At the time of recieving first statement hsbc charged me rupees 220/- for insurance scheme but i did not
activate any scheme.later then i start contacting customer care but no responses again i start emailing no responses, on the sametime im getting calls from recovery departments and they were asking me to pay balance amount.
When i called the customer care they said i am gonna recieve my cc stmt with three hours and its almost more than 24 hours and i sisnt recieve.I also told them that its urgent.Very Poor service and i want a callback from the higher authorities,

HSBC — wrong statement

Dear sir,
this is a complaint regarding to my classical credit card.I did not make any purchase or deal with my cc during the last 6 months.but this month i got a bill of rupees 607. when i call customer service executive they told me u will get a call from custmer service centre but till now my complaint is not cleared.
So please consider this complaint with favour.

HSBC Credit Card — wrong dues shown in card statement

I have a hsbc credit card no-[protected]. after so many complain to hsbc, they ignored to settle my account. they have shown TATA AIG insurance policy premium in card statement from july,2008. the said policy was never sent to me by TATA AIG. So many complain have been made to bank but all gone in vain. in their
latest email they suggest me to go for settlement instead of waiver of wrong dues. they also spoiled my credit details in CIBIL.please help
