[Resolved]  HSBC Credit Card — Cancelled card without any reason

1. card got cancelled without any reason. (got an apology letter for the same in the month of JAN, 2008 after requesting for at least 50 times).
2. By requesting at least 10 times, new card got issued with new No. with annual fee got charged on it.
3. Instead of telling me how much I have to pay, interested in charging finance charges every month. I have to make at least 2 call every week to get it removed extra charges got levy on my card.
4. No reply for mails.......requested lot of time to [protected]@hsbc.co.in

HSBC Credit Card — CANCELL THE CREDIT CARD

Dear Sir,

As per the above mentioned subjects i am suffering so much problems due to the HSBC credit card. now a days i am working at Qatar .there is nobodays is in Bombay but those my uncle have due to my credit card customer care because at within 15 days bank is sending 2 to 3 letters to my house, so many times my brother remained to close my Credit card but nobodays is listen to him so it better to close my accounts and card also . all letters are releated to bank services charges i have paid all redays all charges i have paid, please taking care all these issue close,
again i remaind to HSBC BANK CLOSE MY CREDIT TILL FROM 30th August 2008 @6.23pm

HSBC Credit Card — Cancelled card still charging

Hi, I have cancelled my card durng mid of 2008 and I m getting the calls for payment where in I have not used the card since last Mid 2008.This was told as charges for srervice was free and this is ridiculous.

when agent made contact me for this card he said that their will be no any charges rental or any other
for government employ only u hav to pay whatever u used . i never used this card but regularly getting statements for paying dues . it is so imbrasing for me now it is creating problems for taking any loan etc
so please cancel this card and dues on to me i am sending your card at your head office ple do this recently.my contact no is [protected]

HSBC Credit Card — Charging the customer for no reason

Hello,

The Credit card support and access to bank phone numbers are very irritating. You can't access the customer care so easily unline otehr banks do.

The cheque collection deosnot happen on time and they try to ley complete interest on customers for no reason. Thsi is NOT fair by banks.
