[Resolved] HSBC Credit Card — Credit Card Online transaction | |
Hi, I am using HSBC Credit card more than a year, my transaction history is very good recently 3-4 months back somebody purchased air tickets i got a incomplete sms to my mobile (air) immediately i called to hsbc call centre asked about this they told that nothing is purchased air tickets and they told last transaction details i told thats ok after 3 days i got 1 more message air deccan ticketes purchased in your card again i called to hsbc call center and i told that i have not purchased this please block my card, they blocked my card and issued new card and they said our verification department will take care and give the report within 45 days. but they have not called me but monthly statements are coming i called them after 2 months they said the verification is not yet done please call me next month 1st week. NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO please give my positive response Was this information helpful? | |
