For the Past Three Year i'm using HSBC Credit Card. When I Applied for the Card they said it is Life Free card. During the 1st year completion, in my statement they are charged for annual fee. Then i call the customer care and ask why you charge annual fee for the life Free card. After a conversion with the customer care officer, the charge has been reversed. Same thing Repeat for the 2nd year also.
As per the statement[protected] to[protected], again they have charged for the annual fee. when i called the customer care they are saying that your card is not life time free card. in the conversion I've asked the application form. the bank is not ready to show the application form.
I've written some mail to bank, there is also no proper response. I'm not ready to pay the amount to bank. They cheating the customer. I'll ony if this problem is solved.

I am Prasad from Chennai.
By having a look at the complaints in this forum, I say many are facing the same problem from HSBC today. These cheaters are issuing the card saying it is life time free. Now they are levying the charges the way they want. More over customer care is a crap.
We need gather all the guys facing the same problem to discuss on the further action.

HSBC Credit Card No. [protected]. When I received the statement for renewal of this card, I called up the customer service informing them that I am not interedsted in renewing the card. They informed after lengthy dis cussion that they will waive the charges as I have been a card holder for a long time. In turn I informed them that since I have not been using the card for close to four uears I do not want the card. On 6th April I was informed the Credit Card cancellation department has been informed and the matter was closed.
I was shocked that for more than 10 days HSBC personnel have been calling at my residence and literally forcing me to pay the amount. When I have not been using the card and the card has been cancelled ehy should I pay. Moreover, I am informed that the cancellation has been effected by the back office and they are not aware of it. If there is a communication gap between the back office and the fron office, am to be harassed. Moreover, I have been a customer of HSBC for more than 20 years. My track record has been good. Since I am using Kotak Mahindra and HDFC Corporate Card, I have no need for HSBC Card. I want HSBC Credit Card division to take notice of this and stop its personnel from harassing me. HSBC Credit Card — Cheating by charging annual and renewal fees
My credit card number "[protected]" A. Mohana sundaram. I'm really frustrated with their service.. all the Bank offering life time free card but for this HSBC classic Visa card you are collecting annual fee and additional card charges.. this is really not fine. Im the prompt payer still i had no pending dues and all.. promptly using the card and make the payment on time and im following their interest rate and allAm using your card from june 2008.. if I contact their customer service executive over through phone.. they simply saying If you dont wish to continue then you can close the credit card account.. Do you accept this?

In that statement you have charged membership fee of Rs.700 and ultimate due amount of Rs.474.05 . My credit Card has expired nearly one year back. I have not having any card from HSBC.
It is requested you please cancel the membership fee and pay my credit balance of Rs.298 without any delay . I have not credit card member against Card No.[protected].

Dear sir/madam,
I am Arif Shaikh, I have been using HSBC credit card ( Card No: [protected]) since 2006. the also send me addon card which i havn't applied, I took this card because they said this is a free card, I don't need to pay anything for using this card. But the last statement they sent included a Rs.700 membership fee and Rs. 72.10 service tax. and 350/- rupees for addon card fees, When I called up their customer care they said this is not a free card so I have to pay the amount.
I need your help to come out from this problem. Don't know why do these banks give unnecessary bluffs to general public.
