[Resolved]  HSBC Gold Card — Service Charge on payment at the HSBC Branch itself

I am holding HSBC Gold Crad numbered XXXX XXXX XXXX 8695.On 12/11/2009 the bank have charged Rs.100 two times with service tax as CASH REPAYMENT FEES.I had made all my payments directly in cash to my credit card account at HSBC Branches.Without any prior intimation or notice they have charged 100 rupees plus service tax as CASH REPAYMENT FEES.

I cant understand how and why this bank is charging for the payment before the due date.If they are charging for direct cash payment at their branches itself how come the customer will make their payments without loosing their money.

For me it seems to be a real cheating.

Kindly refer my earlier complaint letter dated 04.06.2008 and
Email I regret to inform you not yet bother about my grivence.

By oversight I remitted EXCESS PAYMENT OF RS36691-ON[protected] and same was bring to your branch at Coimbatore.Please take immediate action to repay the amount alongwith interest 4% /p.m .

I HOPE THAT YOU MAY BE FULFILLED MY GENUINE GREIVANCE.

HSBC GOLD CARD — excessdue after settlement

As per Lt.daetd18-4-09 you agreedto settle my account no.[protected]

in four instalments of the out standing amount of Rs.40477/. Accordingly i paid the full amount. Even after six months u have not made the balance amount as zero . Instead u are sending statements demanding amounts which is increased day by day. kindly close the account as per the agreement . and intimate the same to me urgently .

HSBC GOLD CREDIT CARD – [protected]
In two installments the out standing amount of Rs.22610.95 which is includes my annual fee for my credit card and additional credit card. I called HSBC customer service in month of April 2010 and asked to close my card. They told me you can pay 19890/- so that card will be closed and remaining annual fee will get closed. I paid that money on two installments. I called customer service again about the status and requested to send closing letter of my credit card but they told me will not give any letter and ensured me in the call you will not get any problem in future. But after 10 months I got letter from HSBC about non-payment of due that too 3500/- is jumped into 10959.92. As per discussion with customer care department the bank have not made the balance amount as zero. Instead they are sending statements demanding an amount and rectify the “Write off” status from CIBIL report. Kindly close the account as per the agreement. And intimate the same to me urgently.
