[Resolved] HSBC — No Due letter & Zero balance statement(Credit card no:[protected] | |||
Hi, This is Saleem Mohammed.Previously i used to have a HSBC credit card with number "[protected]" and i did final settlement on 23/08/2010 with settlement reference "FFS/CPD/WOFF/BOM/HDM/BILKISH/18082010/557" and in this process i have received only the final settlement letter. As the communication with the third party agency (Ms Shruti:[protected] & Mr Romeo) , they committed to provide me the Zero balance statement & No due letter.But later they were irresponsible to provide me the committed ones and ask me to consult customer care people after so long time. Now i am looking for the support to get those letters. Hope i will get those letters through the mail to my mail id '[protected]@yahoo.com' or through courier to my new changed address which was not updated in your database. My New Address: Md Saleem Daffodils, Plot.no:54, Flat.no:401 (4th floor), Sector -44, Seawood, Nerul, Navi Mumbai-400706. Mobile: [protected]. Note: Have observed so many complaints through browsing on HSBC customer care about so late reply or no reply. Hope i will get soon reply for my request as i am waiting for the last 6 months.
