[Resolved]  HSBC (Newalipore, Kolkata Branch) — Poor Premiere Support from RM

I am a Premiere Customer at HSBC (NewAlipore, Kolkata Branch), Customer ID[protected]. My Relationship Manager (RM) is apparently Mr.Utsab Chakroborty since 2008. In spite of commitments, I have never received RM support or HSBC Premiere Service in last 1 year. Following issues have annoyed me: -

1) Never heard from RM in last 9 months related to investment opportunities, neither received Policy/MF statement updates.

2) Committed to provide Credit Cards with Premiere Power Vantage AC. Never received one in last 1year in spite of false commitments (twice) and 'show-off' arrangements.

3) RM guided to buy a TATA-AIG Policy with 3L annual premium. Never reported the break-up of HSBC-TATA_AIG, neither guided on post break-up customer support. During my visit to India, I had to personally visit the TATA-AIG, Kolkata Customer-care hub, queue for 3 hours and acquire Statements, deposit premium cheques.

4) Guided to invest 3L in mutual fund during Jan-08. Never sent MF Statements. He should have consulted me for redemption before the market crash. Current MF asset valuation is --50% !!

5) Though I do not have any proof of verbal transactions I had with RM in Dec-2007, but, the TATA-AIG policy sold to me (Invest Assure Gold) had lots of 'hidden' facts which was never told to me and I could discover from Policy kit, after 6 months (during my visit to India) and had no option to correct/revert back. I strongly feel I was deceived.
