[Resolved] HTC — Unprofessional service by HTC Taipan Service Center staff | |||
Hi, On Saturday March 20th, 2010 I gave my HTC Touch2 phone to the HTC Taipan, Borivali, Mumbai service center following the non-functioning of the touch screen after 1 year of purchase. I was told by the service center staff that the mobile will be ready on Tuesday March 23, 2010. I have been calling since then to find out the status of the repair of my phone. I got to know that some shifting is going on due to which no status can be given. I have tried calling atleast 15 times at the service center bu not updates provided. Every time I call, some new person will pick up the phone and tell me that we will call you back. This is ridiculous and call for a serious legal action. It is highly unacceptable that a customer has to call so many times and get no updates. Was this information helpful? | |||
