HTC P3350 — complain towards HTC

Hereby i would like to show my grievance towards the handset provider HTC and his service and customer care provider "Sheetla Communication- Gurgaon".

I had purchased the HTC handset P3350 from Reliance digital- Gurgaon, on the 3 month emi and with 1 year warranty. Just after the purchase with in 1 month the set got the problem of camera setting and than after smaller setting problem.

on 14th sep 2008, the set got the charger jacket damaged, which i deposited to sheetla communication, and after 5 days i.e on 20th september 2008, it had been handover to me at 5pm with the deposit of Rs 1050/- (although it was under warranty) the next day, with no clue, how my speaker stop working.I hardly used the set for an hour.

Now till date with the constently follow-up on phone (with no revert back )with the executive of sheetla communication, i had not received the set but the wrong commitment daily with them. Infact nor any one is giving me the call regarding its status. Infact the sevice provider like sheetla are using the sentences " Agra aapko jaldi hai toh okhla se le aaye". If i need to go to okhla why i am going to these service provider, isn't it better to go to okhla and get it done there.

I reside in Gurgaon DLF Ph -4, and it takes me 1/2 hr to go to "sheetla communication", and once i go i never had the satisfactory response from them. The executive there nor pick the call nor tell the exact status of the case.

I had been going through the mental harrashment for the last 1 month because of the HTC handset provider and there service provider" sheetla communication". Never was aware that i had purchased the worst ever handset, and definately not refer anyone to buy this. I had been paying my EMI 5000/- and GPRS fee 500/- for the last month although the set was not with me.

I would like to case aginst the HTC to select and recruit such service provider who are not customer friendly and nor proffesional to treat its customer.

Please help me in this case. In case require any bill or documnet, let me know of the same.

HTC P3350 — Not Repairing under warranty

i am using HTC P3350(IMEI-[protected]) since 4
months..it was going good but from last 10 days i am facing some problem
in handset the volume of handset is automatically increasing without
touching anything i tried to make it solve by soft and hard reset its
still not happening well.Its stop for some time when u touch side located
volume button and move up down.

but due to touch many times button leaved his place and i kept it in my
pocket.

today on date[protected] i went at Indore's HTC service centre(Salora Internation) which is
located at Shalimar Corporate Indore.

When i reached there the repairing executive named Mr.Abhishek told me for
free service but he went inside and opened my set and told me its not in
warranty due to volume button which is not in place and Abhishek broked
my volume switch which is located inside and blamed me that its also
already broken.when i sent mail to HTC service desk and had word with
Mr.Gaurav Rathore tHe also repeated the same thing that we have forwarded
mail to indore's Service centre and they are saying like that.

I asked him about definition of Warranty Void.
He said when seal is tempered and body is tempered but my handset's body
was not breaked nor my handset'sseal was tempered and him behaviour was
not good.
I have htc p3350 my bill was misplace, my mobile get some problem so i want to repair in under warranty so tell me how i repair my phone please mail me.
This lady is right i m facing the same problem.

HTC/P3350 — GPRS

Hi! am Dairon,,,, am using HTC P3350 with Aircel connection, but am unable to connect GPRS in this SET, in other hand set i can but not in this HTC P 3350, in the Connection Setup there is no option for Aircel in the Operator selection, so can you please help me out, so that i can get access to Aircel GPRS from this handset...
