[Resolved]  HTC P3450 — misguidance by the saless person

HTC P3450 — Sub: - HTC-P3450 Complaint

I bought a mobile in your mobile store on 04.10.08 located in Nelson manicakam Road Invoice # TN/01119/00001/4491, and the same mobile is not working from 15.11.08 so I just went to the mobile store for the complaint, they saw the device and given me the business card of the service center name Called Vimas located in annanagar.So I went to the service center on 17.11.08 at 4.30pm unfortunately there is no power they told that Htc head office is available at Nungambakkam called salora service center so they guided me to the salora service center on the same date and there I meet Mr.vinoth for the same and he given me the service charge sheet and said that HTC service engineer is not available today so u come tomorrow for the status, next day I went to salora for my device and I meet HTC service engineer Mr.uday he said psp board got damaged and it can be rectified for that it will take two weeks time by hearing his suggestion I got disappointed then I took my device from him and went to your mobile store on the same date for the justice, And there I meet a CCA name called Mr.J.Titus rajkumar and he requested me for two days time to solve this issue and he mention that he received htc mobile for the service on back of the invoice, Next day I received a call from Mr. Rajesh from mobile store says that I given your mobile in RT Outsourcing Services LTD Htc service center. And after some time I got call from the same person and he says that whether you given your device to any other service center then I told him that I have given my device to salora service center which as been recommended by u people for that he says that shield is missing so it wont cover in warranty period and even I spoken to your Area sales manager Mr.venky but even though the issue didn’t get solved.
