Huawei C 5320 — Cell Phone Replacement
Dear sir,My Mobile Phone Which i have purchased from near by shop on dated 05.10.2008.
Is facing some problem then i go to service centre of Huawei at 111 Allied house 1st foor inder lok New delhi for repairing of my phone.
After 15 days they said to me that myphone is not in positoin that it will be repaired so they give me
REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATE Serial no[protected]. On Dated 13.11.2008
Told to me that i have to give the all documents, bills to my near by shop from where i have purchase the phone. i had give the same to that Jai Mata Telecom Proreitor Mr karan. He told to me that i will receive the New Phone From company soon.
After going again and agian to his shop. He is not giving response to me and said to me my phone is not going repaired and Huwei Company Refuse to give my Phone Back...
Please Help me for getting my Phone Back...

As far as I know its the authorized service center and not the company which is bound replace the handset as far as I know.
Same kind of issue was faced by me with Sony-Ericsson mobile service center. My handset stopped working after I submitted it to authorized service center. I logged in a complaint in http://www.ccccore.co.in/.
It is better to have complete details including phone number and name of the person you contacted and/or the address of the premises. Also give each and every document you have against the service center. More the details you provide faster the complaint shall be resolved.

huawei c5320 — motherboard problem
my mobile suddenly hanged and didnot work. I inquired about the service centre and i found it near secretariat, Hyd. they said there is a complaint in mother board. i submitted my mobile ten days back and din't get it repaired. please help me to overcome this problem. Huawei Telecommunications INDIA CO. Pvt. Ltd — Regarding replacement/rectification of Huawei C 5320 hanset.
I have purchased the mobile Huawei C 5320 on 19-07-08 from AMAR SALES 5, J. N. Mishra Building, Lucknow at a cost of Rs. 4200/-. On 25-07-08, I have inserted 1 GB micro SD memory card. But mobile is not responding it. I have dialed to mobile shop and personally gone to the shop from where I have purchased it. But owner of AMAR SALES instructed me if you will submit the mobile on my shop, then it will take seven days or if you have urgency personally contact service center. On 28-07-08, I have contacted the service center at Regent information system, I.T. Crossing, Nirala Nagar, Lucknow (phone[protected]. After opening the mobile, service center engineer have told me that some parts of inside of mobile is missing/broken, so mobile cannot be repaired. I want to know who is the responsible for it and why not mobile be replaced/repaired. I neither open the mobile nor used micro SD memory card before nor mishandle the same. What I can do in it within 10 days after purchasing the mobile. All functions of mobile is OK, the only problem is with micro SD memory slot/function. Either the engineer who opened the mobile is not expert or engineer has done something wrong with mobile during opening by mistake/intentionally or service center is misguiding me. Such type of harassment with customer is neither tolerable nor justified. You are requested to examine the case and reply as quickly as possible so that I can take further action legally.Thanking you.
