[Resolved] HUL — Order not received | |||
I had called up HUL Pureit for a 14L water purifier, on monday 4th June 2012. They promised delivery of the water purifier in 1 day, without any extra charges. They never turned up and on the 6th June I receive a call from their salesman who asked for Rs.100 extra for delivery. When I told him that no such charges were told to me when I called up customer care, he refused to deliver and disconnected my call. I again called up to know his details and he gave his name as Laxman and that he called up from a dealer (Ravi Electronics) from Mohan Singh Market. I called up customer service and reported this matter. They apologized and again made a false promise to deliver in 1 day. And again I got a call from delivery guy who told me that they have home delivery for 14 L purifier and instead I have to buy Rs.2000 + purifier. I again called them and spoke to supervisor this time. He also again made a false comitment to take care of the matter and register the complaint. Till date they haven't turned up! This is the worst customer service...I am ready to pay for the product, but they are unwilling to deliver. What after sale service can I expect from such a cheap & fraud company like HUL.
