I ordered Pureit RO + UV Gkk2 kit and paid the amount as it alerted for fault. PURIT engineer replaced Gkk2 kit but water started leaking post replacement.

whats the point of paying a huge sum for low quality part and ended with leakage, it created a huge embarrassment as we had invited guest and extended family members, Technician was called again but he failed to fixed the leakage . can you refund the money and stop sending faulty parts .

    Dear sir,
    We are having pharmacy sri venkateswar pharmacy. We are not ordering any product through shikar app. But distributor balaganpathy agencies TNA sholinghur sales rep putting orders in our name. When we are checking through shikar app. Pending invoice in shikar app. It shows Rs.17867 credit which we have not done any purchase for more than 6 months. When we are calling them no proper response from them. If it continues we will go to consumer court for miss using of retailer outlet. Request you kindly look into it and do the needful.

      I have pureit ultima RO and got its gkk2 changed on 13 Feb, 2022 for Rs 3900. After 2 days it started showing change gkk1 and gkk2 and RO got turned off . When I contacted service centre they told me to replace circuit board. How is it possible that immediately after changing gkk2 it's circuit board also got damaged. Before changing gkk2 I was not facing any issue. Immediately after changing gkk2, i started facing all these problems. Last year my friend also faced the same issue. This can't be coincidence. What's the use of purchasing branded product. Rather i would have gone for some local company. HUL is playing with the customers. Moreover the price of circuit board is Rs5500. Why the hell I will spend Rs 10k on its repair if other new Ro is available at same cost . Purchasing this product is mistake.Better not to waste money on it. It's a mistake to purchase pureit.

        It was ordered and installed in september 2021. After only 3 months, it was showing red light, i called helpline executives came and fix it. Again the same thing happened, this time some part was changed and i was assured it will work now well. But, again the purifier is showing red light, and now i m fed up, since i m a working women, can not aford this kind of frequent trouble due to lack of time. Through sree guru sales and marketing, ulta danga kolkata 4. The salesman someone Mr sumon Roy has misbehave with me as I gave him 4 coins of 10 rs and he disagreed to take and threatened he and his company will not continue business with me if I will try to give him coins further anymore.you know very well after demonetization coins are coming very large scale from business dealings. And RBI did not announce that coins will not been used for business purpose.
                As a new business comer just one year ago I have started business is it ok?

                Respected sir,

                  I bought Pureit Ultima RO couple of years back and facing serious maintenance issues ! And I read that similar issues are being faced by many other customers also .That means HUL knows there is a problem but is not ready to do anything since last 3 years. thats really bad. I also bought RO couple of years back. Then couple of months back, issue of GKK2 change came in. Technician came and changed it for 3400. then again after a week water stopped coming with the change of GKK2 indication and red line. Again I called the technician. As it was within 10 days so he cannot charge any service fees. So he simply said some error in circuit and opened up, did something and the RO started. we were happy but only for a short while. Again after 10 days same issue came in. Again we called the technician this time he said that adapter is gone and needs to be replaced ! First we thought ok. sometimes it happens and reluctantly gave more than 2000 Rs towards same and replaced. But alas again after 20-22 days same issue ??!!! again we called the technician and this time new gimmick that PCB has gone and again need to shell out 3400 RS ??!! I refused and mentioned that instead I will go for a new RO ! So again he did something and the RO started for now but I am sure it will again cause the same issue. After spending 20k, if this is the condition than definitely nobody should purchase it. So recently when one of my office colleague asked me about the review of this Puriet RO, I clearly told him, go for the rather local made but never ever go for this Puriet RO. and Again my cousin asked me today about purchasing a new RO. I simply told him, go for any RO but never ever go for Pureit for sure. I am definitely going to change my RO now and just a suggestion if you really care for your brand and customers, with so many complaints you should definitely do something about this and fast before its too late.

The estimated order delivery date is also about to pass. I even tried calling your customer care dept. but they were of no help as they couldn't track the product. Now this is too much.                     HUL unilever Pure it device is leaking for the past week and after solving the problem twice it has again started leaking and after making cas for more than 9 times no one has come to solve the problem. HUL and TAJ services has given a disappointing service and this needs to be brought to notice.

                      Inspite of reminding HUL several times, from February 25, 2015, nobody turned up or even bothered to find out if the kit was delivered to me! I am really hating the day I decided to own a Pureit water filter! Why does the consumer court not do anything against the company for not giving after sales service to its customers? I have decided to throw the filter away and opt for boiling water the traditional way as I do not want to invest in any more water filters! Thanks to HUL for demoralising me! Mangala

                        Dear sir/mam, I have order a germ kit on 18th aug 2014 ( 3:00 pm) at that time executive told me that it will be delivered within 72 hrs or else it will be free. I got a call from engineer on 21st aug 2014 (2:30 pm) just before half an hour from the promised time. Unfortunately i was not at home so he told me that your promised time is over. I asked him why didn't you called earlier He told me that he was very busy and didn't get time to call. This kind of service is provided by HUL. I told him to come at 11:00 am on 22nd aug 2014. Today I called him and i got a very poor response. Some other person pick up the Phone and he told that engineer is not there so you have to wait for whole day in order to get germkit installed.                         Till now nobody came to my place. On 22nd executive told me that he will come for that I took a leave even thou nobody came. Yesterday I got a call at time I was not at home so I told him to come tommorrow b/w 10 -11 Am. Today nobody came and I didn't get a call from their side.I didn't expect this kind of service from HUL.

                        HUL After sales services is very poor.Hul promise to deliver germkit within 72hrs else free. But now its more than 6 days. Is this is the services which reputed brands provides to their customers?

                          Dear Traveler,

                          I am working as Consulting Officer with HUL. I booked a spot CAB (KA 01 AA 9365) on 16th Aug.2013 by 6:45PM from Manyata to ITPL.

                          I agreed to pay Rs.550 after dropping me on ITPL.

                          That time was unaware driver was drunk and he started behave very ill-mannered after sitting inside.

                          He took public as public transport from local stops and when I disagreed on this he started scolding on me.
                          As he was drunk, I kept quite and paid the amount after dropping my said spot.

                          I asked for the bill, he threaten me and aggressively came to hit me.

                          I was fully scared and disappointed. Request you please treat this matter very seriously and take a legal action against him.

                          Else I have to forcefully knock the doors of court of law.

For that i had contacted on 28 jul nd 13 Aug 11, but no one has come yet to replace the kit of purifier. A request no RFS/731109 has been given by company that ur kit will be replaced within 48 hrs. But no one has come till date. Req to do needful. I am using water purifier named Pure it of HUL company. The battery of purifier needs to be replaced.                                 I am Raja from trichy and since I am using Pureit more than 4 year. Being a customer of pureit sharing my experience of pureit. The product and service is so good and the service person from pureit, he is doing the customer friendly job and They are providing on time service of my every call .                                     I had called up HUL Pureit for a 14L water purifier, on monday 4th June 2012. They promised delivery of the water purifier in 1 day, without any extra charges. They never turned up and on the 6th June I receive a call from their salesman who asked for Rs.100 extra for delivery. When I told him that no such charges were told to me when I called up customer care, he refused to deliver and disconnected my call. I again called up to know his details and he gave his name as Laxman and that he called up from a dealer (Ravi Electronics) from Mohan Singh Market.

                                    I called up customer service and reported this matter. They apologized and again made a false promise to deliver in 1 day. And again I got a call from delivery guy who told me that they have home delivery for 14 L purifier and instead I have to buy Rs.2000 + purifier.

                                    I again called them and spoke to supervisor this time. He also again made a false comitment to take care of the matter and register the complaint.

                                    Till date they haven't turned up! This is the worst customer service...I am ready to pay for the product, but they are unwilling to deliver. What after sale service can I expect from such a cheap & fraud company like HUL.

                                      I AM ABID SHEIKH FROM NAGPUR A CUSTOMER OF HUL SINCE 2003 !
                                      I AM USING A SOAP NAMED PEARS FROM LAST 7 YEARS BUT MORE THAN TWO TO THREE TIMES I HAD FOUND A METAL TAR WHILE USING THE SOAP ! I HAVE A SKIN PROBLEM SO CONSISTENTLY I AM USING PEARS SOAP.
                                      MY SKIN IS SENSITIVE WHICH MAY HAVE A NEGATIVE EFFECT ON MY BODY.
                                      SO PLZ LOOK INTO THE MATTER & DO THE NEEDFUL.
