Respected Sir,

I APPLIED for RENEWAL of passport on June 9, 2010 (File No. HYD-L[protected] by e-seva Khairatabad, HYDERABAD and police verification was completed in November and clear report sent to RPO, Hyderabad on 19-Nov-2010 and after that the RPO website updated from the past 3 months shows that " It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of pasport has been delayed and will now be despatched within a week. Later i attended SPECIAL passport adalat conducted by RPO Hyderabad on Feb. 5, 2011 to which they have given me assurance that the passport will be despatched by Feb. 08, 2011 and on Feb. 8, 2011 i got a message on my mobile no. "Passport number allotted and pasport preparation underway and it will be despatched shortly" still I don't receive my passport even after more than 9 months from the date of application submitted.

I humble request passport office Hyderabad higher ups to look into the matter and Please issue my passport at the earliest.
