I am working in sasken — Regarding receiving my pan card

My full name is Anilkumar Shakuni Venkatesh, i applied for PAN card on aug 2nd week, i got the PAN number as AHPPV3677C,
but still i am not yet received my PAN card, Please send my PAN card to below address.

Whenever I tried to create my login It throws an error like the below one

Please help me to rectify this.

My friend moved abroad on a business trip, before she left she asked to look into it and see if something can be done about her HDFC credit card. You have to give the same information in the form that you have given during the application of pancard. Call[protected] if you are not sure. The guys there are really helpful.

Even I faced the same problem while creating new account in incometaxindia.gov.in.
# Your surname name doesnt match with the data you entered
# Your surname name doesnt match with the data you entered..

There is problem in the way PAN details are maintained. The First Name and Surname are exchanged. So, just interchange your first name and surname while registering.
This worked fine for me.

Still i don't get refund for the assessment year 2011-12 & 2012-13 due to some communication/mismatching.
1) in asessment year 2011-12 I paid tax (TDS) Rs.29000 at morbi treasury & Rs.4500 at jamnagar treasury total Rs 33500.
2) in asessment year 2012-13 I paid tax (TDS) Rs.28830 at morbi treasury & Rs.13000 at jamnagar treasury total Rs 41830.
SO PLEASE CONSIDER T.D.S. already paid at JAMNAGER TREASURY i thing you had not cosider that in both case (year)

Note:- for above prob. I personally visited to yoru income tax office at morbi circle (4/5 times) with proof..

Please do necessary for the same.
