[Resolved]  Ibm — Reg. The Interview

Can some one give IBM contact no. of the team who handles Offers.
Please guys its urgent.

Hi Guys,

Recently I attended interview for SAP HCM position in IBM, in the first round they asked me all technical questions and it went around 1hr 20 min, I answered to their questions almost 90 to 95 %, after completing of 1st round they said me that your are very good technically, and gave me Employee Application form, and filled all that forms and I thought I am almost done with interview and almost the technical interview said that you are almost in . I felt I am very happy and thought my life settled, But But But last moment big incident happened, it's only because of Manager their, I didn't get job .

What happened is that, after filling the EAF(Employment application form ), they said that you will have manager round, then manager round started.

Manager asked me : Say about your self

Me : I started saying about myself, at that moment Manger got a phone call, without hearing me and even didn't asked to stop for a min, he started talking in a phone, then I stopped spoking about my self as manager is speaking in phone, this happened twice ( he got phone calls twice ), then I completed saying about myself.

Manger : He was started asking questions related to technical, before I completing the answer he asked me some different questions related to technical which are not apart of my current roles and experience. And also I felt Manager it was rude talking, not having patience until I finish the answer, asked what he knows about sap, but not related my current roles and my experience.

In this Manger round, by seeing his face, patience, rude behavior, talking phones in between the interview, I answered his question only 40 - 50 %, but I could have done better in that round if there was a different manager.

Finally Manger said HR will call back, till now I didn't get any call from them. I felt very bad of myself. I didn't get a job

The interview between manager and me may be a simple round to Manager of IBM, But for me it was a life question, because of this manager interview round, i am working in call centers now as I resigned to my previous job due to project finished.

I am writing this mail, with lot of tears in my eyes, because this incident for the company could be common for IBM company, but it's my life decision, it's do or die situation, but I have done technically well with the IBM company, that's why it went almost around 1.20 hrs,

But my bad luck, my fate, my stupid things I have lost the job and also the career, just started working in a call center and that too for 7000 package which is not even sufficient now a days,

Finally I got to know that because of managers interview round, my life and my career gone in vain, while reading this message it would be a simple for you, but i faced this, and please read this with heart, sure you will get water in the eyes,

@gnanz no updates as of now dude, i am trying in different companies who has projects i think this IBM dont have any projects, hence they are not giving offers, it will be foolish to wait. what about did you get any call from them ?

@amit2676 same case is with me also, the drive in which i was selected that drive is still on and nobody is replying to my mails also. I do not have any contact no's of those HR's.

The no you provided is of some specific person or it is IBM number?

@gangz i dont know, i got a call from there once, hence saved it

@santoshsap111 Y dont u try in another IT, companies, there are many good IT companies IBM is not the only one right ? and crying wont help in yur case it will add fuel to fire .Try and work hard .U will get selected . Cheers.

Please update, if anyone got offer from IBM...who attended the interview on 25th August 2012.

Hi, i know some people who are taking the money to interview time so any one can help how can i inform the ibm. after giving the complaint i will show all the evidence i have all the proofs. all are taking the money and provide the jobs.

Hi All,
Even if I was waiting from more than 3.5 months for receiveing my offer letter.But finally I didn't ..Even if I called HR so many times and they told me various some reason like RCM approval pending, Project on hold, location is not matching etc...
I am not sure when I will get my offer ...

I became very depressed.I will be never apply IBM in near future .

Hope you give me advice.

Also update whoever got an offers from IBM after waiting 3.5 months ..
