[Resolved]  Ibm — Reg. The Interview

Hi Punyasloka.. i also cleared the interview, both technical and PDM, in feb 2013.. Manager also negotiated the package. HR called to give my acceptance letter for the offer made, I gave evrything they asked for i.e. acceptence letter, EAF, all marksheets, degrees etc but still haven't recieved the offer . I called the HR many times during this period to know the status and everytime she said its in process . But last week she said the status is RCM on Hold.. i didn't understand that.. but one thing i understood that i am never gonna get the offer letter from IBM.. i dont know why even they call for interview and waste our's and their time too.. :X

Hi trendz.. Even I was waiting for IBM's offer. Called HR many times. each time they said different different reasons. Project on hold, RCM approval pending. The final update like there is no open demand for my profile. And once an open demand comes I can reapply and take up the interview again..well I'll not do that mistake again. It was a mere wastage of time.

I had given interview on 20th april . this was my second try in IBM. i was made an offer in jan also. but never got offer letter.

When ever i ask HR he says " its pending for final approval"
now i think its not worth waiting and hoping..

This has happened with me the second... Now i have made up my mind to not attend any interview for IBM in future

I am also experiencing same with IBM.My first round was telephonic, scheduled by some consultancy.After that it got a call from conusltancy that i should attend interview for PDM.I attended the manager negotiated the package and spoke nearly about rules regulation package and about team members shifts etc.After that he said will get a call.It was one week where i had given inteview.Whenever i called consultancy they say the status is pending.Even i told to consultancy and hr people that i wont attend IBM because its very late process.They told its very urgent requirement.Will get the result ASAP.So i attended now when ever i call consultancy people are saying that status is pending.

IBM is the worst company in the world in case of an offer letter . I had given an interview on 25 july 2013 and 2nd round on 29th july. Then they told that u got selected and u will have a joining date of 6 sep 2013 and offer letter will release with in a week . After submitting all documents when i asked to hr about an offer letter he told me it takes 3 weeks and after 3 weeks i did mail to him regarding offer letter, he mail that demand has gone on hold so offer letter is on hold. How suddenly demand has gone on hold i don't know. And if their is no demand then why ibm had created all such big scenes. This is really annoying for me.

Is any one know about that after putting on hold they will give an offer letter or not to me.

i have received the soft copy of offer letter from ibm, where to check job confirmation for ibm

i have received the soft copy of offer letter from ibm. i have not received the confirmation mail from ibm till now. it is written in ofer letter to send confirmation mail to [protected]@in.ibm.com/[protected]@in.ibm.com but when i reply to [protected]@in.ibm.com/[protected]@in.ibm.com its bouncing back by saying delivery failure and not able to connect call even to ibm[protected]. i visited the ibm office but they are saying to wait for the confirmation letter. i just want to confirm my job in ibm but unable to do that. please help me how to make my job confirmation

I have completed all rounds of interview in IBM last month i am waiting for offer letter . Today i just spoke with HR manager they said RCM approval pending last 7 days onwards . Anyone has faced like this condition . After that howmany days it wll take get the offer from IBM . Kindly pls help out from this.

I am shocked to so many people faced similar situation like me with IBM. Cleared Technical & PDM, submitted documents for BGC and then wait for eternity...:( with no solid updates.Recruitment team does not even bother to reply to emails now.Seems to be very casual IBM recruitment policy.

I have attended interview in May 2016 and cleared all the rounds. After that submitted all the necessary documents to the HR team. After that no update from IBM. Already it's been around 1 and half month from my first round of interview. Why IBM delaying sending offer letter. Anybody suffering the same situation recently ? Should I wait for the offer. HR never replied to my mail and call. So, not able to get the latest update. Only I can see my job application status is interview completed. What's the next stage of application status. Please suggest.

I have attended and cleared technical round on June 3rd and PDM on June 9th. I've got a request to send soft copy of all required docs on June 14th, and replied with all details on June 16th. No update from IBM HR after that. I have been following up by sending emails and trying to reach them over phone. But, no response till now. Clearly, IBM Global Service recruitment process sucks.
