[Resolved] IBM India — PF Transfer

Hi, I applied PF transfer from IBM to Accenture PF Account. I got a message saying that Form 13 (Transfer) Rejected, Claim ID- PYKRP[protected]. Hi,
Its been 6 months since my previous company (IBM India Pvt.Lmt.) processed my PF transfer forms and sent it to their RPFC so that it could be transferred to my current company PF account.
The RPFC is :-
K.R PURAM
(WHITEFIELD) No. 36, NH-4, “Lakshmi Complex”,
(Opposite Syndicate Bank), Old Madras Road, K.R. Puram,
Bangalore – 560 036.
I have been calling the RPFC office without any response.
My PF number is KN/BN/19214/071761
Could you please help me in this.
