IBM — Delay in getting PAN Card

Hi Sir,
I had applied for PAN Card online 3 months back.My acknowledgement no is [protected] .I have not recieved the PAN CArd yet .While checking the status it shows that "Your application is under process at NSDL".Please help me getting it.

I attended IBM interview at Bangalore in Oct 2013.This call is directly from HR.I have cleared 2 technical rounds and HR round also.In HR round they finalize my salary and submitted soft copies hard copies of all requirements and
providing joining date as 30.12.13.And assured that you will get offer in 15 working days Now its 1 and half months no words from IBM. During 1 and half months most of time try to contact HR, but he never received my call or replied to any one of the mail.
Is there any chance to get offer letter from IBM. Do anybody had same experience from IBM in Oct 2013 interviews conducted at IBM, White field, Bangalore? Please reply.

I have attened IBM interview on 25th July 2015 cleared all rounds and also salary discussion completed. Submitted all my documents and also they took Biometric information. Its almost 2 months still I don't have received call from HR for offer letter . I checked with HR still they are saying they don't have update. What is going in IBM.

I don't expect this kind of response from reputed organization like IBM.

My situation is still same. I attend interview on Oct 14, 2015. I am through with two technical and HR rounds. Submitted all documents and waiting for offer.

My situation is also same. I attend interview on March 19 and submitted all the forms and documents. But after that no communication from HR. Even if I mailed them there is no reply. My application status is showing "Interview Completed" from long time and it has not changed for almost a month.

Do anyone know how to contact with HR and how do I know whether application is on hold or not.

[Lateral entry] I had attended IBM interview on 9th-April, 2016 in Kolkata for the post of Java+Spring+Hibernate developer. I cleared all the rounds including PDM. Salary and joining date also discussed in PDM round.

BUT

It's more than 2 months over, I have not received the offer letter from IBM. Not only me, same thing happened with two of my friends who also attended the interview on that same day at same location and waiting for offer letter. Multiple times I have tried to contact the point of contacts who conducted the drive, but no response from them.
