Hi, I had enrolled for ICFAI MBA course. Midway during the course, the program structure was changed. Now for appearing for exams scheduled in July 2010, I have a course "Information Technology & Systems" for which I have no courseware. Upon trying to contact the numbers provided in online student service page, both the toll free numbers are always busy. Mails sent to the email IDs bounce off. I am at a loss as to with whom I should take this up further. Overall the response is pathetic to the point that ICFAI gives a damn about what others think of it. I am beginning to wonder if it is worthwhile to seek MBA from ICFAI when it doesn't know how to manage its complaints, telephone queries or its website. I am not mailing to the email address advised as it has bounced off multiple times. Also the toll free numbers of BSNL/MTNL/Airtel and other numbers obtained from my regional ICFAI office are always busy; I only get the busy message in 3 languages - English, Telugu and Hindi any time I dial or I am transferred to another number which no one picks up.

This is to clarify that the courseware for subject (IT & Systems) existent in group E under the old structure was dispatched through blue dart courier and the same was received by you on 30th May 2008. However as per the current applicable structure the subject (IT & Systems) is in group C of the MBA program. But the subject content is same with no further changes. Hence you may refer the study material available for IT & Systems examination paper in July 2010.
