Pursuing my studies at INC was one of the best things that happened to me in my life. I got the right move in my career. I can whole-heartedly affirm that INC is definitely a turning point in every student’s life.
In all its activities like, the orientation of classes, the campus placements, the interview preparation process, the projects, the value addition, the internship program and, last but not the least, the extra curricular activities, INC stood apart from many of the other management colleges. The standard of education far superior compares to other colleges. It offers courses on par with a B-school. It was a good learning experience for me and I feel that the same would be the case for each and every student of INC.
I would like to use this opportunity to thank all my gurus at INC. My special thanks go to the placement team, who guided us in the right direction for facing interviews. Then even helped us in our resume preparation. The mock interviews that they conducted were tougher than the real corporate interviews which helped us to get through them.
Through campus selections I was fortunate enough to get selected by the Manpower Services India Pvt. Ltd. I served there for about 15 months as a Consultant in their engineering, research and development vertical. It is high time for me to express my gratitude to INC for playing a major role in my career.
I would like to suggest to the present students of INC to make the best use of the resources available at INC. The 2 years they spend at INC are the base for their colorful career.

I am one of the fortunate students of INC. I found myself emotionally attached to this institute so much as I have been witnessing the development of the institute alongside my personal growth. I completed my masters in 2007 and joined the Chola Mandalam Group. I am working as their Channel Partner in General Insurance.
It is almost two years since I completed my management course from INC, but those days are still fresh in my mind. At INC, many events were conducted where we got an opportunity to interact with our seniors and juniors thus leading to a good social networking. I still remember the picnics we went, the cricket matches we played, the festivals like, Navratri, Uttarayan, etc, which we celebrated together with lot of fervor and enthusiasm. I have learnt a lot in this journey of two years. I have come to the world outside the college and am actually experiencing the value of what I learned from my faculties. This learning process was not just between the faculty and students; it was also amongst the students themselves.
Life after INC has changed a lot. I do miss my college as well as my faculty who worked hard to make us complete our projects in time. It’s like jumping into the world of cut throat competition. The hectic work pressure sometimes becomes unbearable. But thanks to the project work and operation workouts which we handled and got accustomed to, while at the college, I am able to tackle them successfully.Now, whenever I get free time I like to visit INC where I get to meet my faculty, friends and juniors.
I would like to thank INC for providing me a valuable platform from which I could make my career grow and also could groom my personality in my quest to become a good human being.
My good wishes to the upcoming Managers of INC. Today, the world does not only demand hard work but also smart work. So I would advise my fellow juniors to do hard work and present it smartly.

Management is all about observation, reflection, and action. INC has helped me in my career by constantly guiding my thought process. INC‘s case study methodology is remarkable. The main advantage we get from doing MBA in INC is the comprehensive 16- week Summer Internship Program (SIP). This program is just like warming up before playing a game. From this brilliant program we can learn to face the corporate world confidently.

Today when I sit back and think about the time I spent at INC, I realize that what I gained there is invaluable and is what I call "real experience". The training and education I got at INC is different from any other education institute I have ever attended.
First of all the teaching methods used here are very innovative Learning is not just "cramming' from a text book and reproducing it on an answer sheet. Half of our grades were based on individual studies, research & essays one had to complete in order to pass a course This greatly helped in transforming me from an average student into a thinker .All o[censored]s students had to ourselves 'create' a piece of work on each and every area of management, be it marketing, operations, finance or HRM Thus one was propelled into finding out a solution of management problems (in the form of case studies essays, research works, role plays etc.).
Our instructors were not only academicians but also professionals currently working in our area of specialization -tourism and management. We got the optimum mix of theoretical and practical exposure as they helped link the management theories to reality.
As part of our curriculum we had to make presentations in class and engage in group discussions. This greatly helped in building my self-confidence and transformed me from a person who was terrified of facing an audience to a person who today loves making presentations.
I also personally feel that no other library in Delhi contains as wide a range of books on our area of specialization management as does INC. We had written material -on each and every facet of Management.
We students really value our experience at INC because the administration was very receptive to our needs and went a long way in solving our problems. We had chosen faculty and the entire academic infrastructure we required.
I would like to end by saying that what I am today, the knowledge that I have, the confidence and the drive that I possess, is because of this friendly, innovative, educative and democratic learning environment in which I had the fortune of completing my graduation. I also would like to tell about INCAS Network magazine that it’s good and perfect.

Being a part of MBA[protected] batch is surely a memorable experience, as 2005 was the 1st year of INC in Vadodara, the campus was filled with variety of MBA aspirants and skillful faculties of those days. Attending the pre-mba sessions, early morning till late afternoon curriculum classes, meeting the dead line of weekly project reports, carrying out brainstorming sessions for quality case study analysis, experiencing the real world business scenario & understanding the competitiveness of an organization in market place during summer internship program, preparing for exams and off-course waiting for results…….., putting it all to gather it is a memorable journey wrapped in these 2 years span.
I would like to share my personal view about INC.
I personally feel that INC as business institute was really promising in the state like Gujarat where in you will hardly find personal finance colleges operational in the geography. INC got operational across major cities of Gujarat in 2005, and the response was enormous in number of admissions. Even the placements were satisfying for all the batches. The region as whole has undergone the dramatic changes at regular intervals in many aspects which had directly impact on the quality of final outcome. Since 2 yrs from 1st batch pass-out, INC alumni’s are working in many reputed organizations, which can be surely an added advantage for INC to cash on placements.
It might have surely sound you like a case analysis on INC, but reason for sharing such fact is being INC alumni I carry strong belongingness to INC and I really want INC to flourish in Gujarat and making it garner one of the best MBA’s of the coming time. I also request all the alumni’s to come together to nurture our roots (INC).

Summer Internship Program (SIP) at INC provides is a unique, academic course where the students gets the opportunity to exercise their business knowledge theories they have learnt in the classroom for solving actual problems in the industry.. The selection procedure for SIP was as tough and exhausting as MBA finals, maybe more so. We had first, second and third rounds of interviews with several firms. We were quizzed and tested by a series of demanding interviews and exercises so that the firm gets to know our knowledge and capabilities thoroughly. In the SIP, we personally gained insight and experience into how some of the world's leading institutions worked. In the process we got to find more about ourselves.
I did my 4-months SIP from Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd, Noida, which is a Japanese manufacturing organization. I also got the ‘Regularity award’ from INC for being regular and disciplined during my internship program with Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd. In the end, I secured good marks for my internship. Thanks to INC for giving me such a good opportunity! I dont Know much about its existence... I m studing in INC Mathura and I want to know all about it. is it fraud or fake. Give me some proofs either in favour or against...PLZ
My daughter did her MBA at INC Guindy, Chennai. I did my MBA at IGNOU. So I had the opportunity to compare the study materials and teaching methodology of both the institutions. Syllabus, standards and industry recognition was good. She is really a thorough professional HR Manager now.
Unfortunately, consequent on Madras High Court ruling ICFAI let down its INC students of Tamil Nadu. It did not take up with Union HRD ministry for issuing a notification to the effect that students of ICFAI INCs holding MBA degrees can pursue research and employment at any of the Indian instituitions of higher learning.
