dear sir,

i had given 10,000 /- as addmission fees at icfai national college, udaipur.
then i got admission in icfai national college jaipur. where again i had deposited 10,000?- as admission fees.
for rest of the fees i chose 48 PDC option. i have deposited money for 46 PDC till date, rest 2 PDC are pending. because icfai people told me that those 10,000/- rs i deposited at ICFAI , udaipur will be adjust in these last two PDC. every PDC cost 5326/- RS. so now if i calculate then only 652/- RS is pending from my side.
but icfai has closed all its national college branches , now i dont know where to contact and settele my account. icfai has present both of the remaining 2 PDC at my bank at those PDC got dishounerdbecocause of insufficient amount. plz look into the matter and contact me as soon as possible.

This complain is regarding Non Payment of Distance Education Fees for which my name has been logged in payment defaulter list.

In the year 2008 I took admission in MBA (Distance Education) from ICFAI University. I have paid the admission fees and rest were suppose to be paid in installment. I have also paid some of the installments but due to some family & financial problem I couldnt continue my education. Now after 4 years I have received a mail stating that my name has been logged in payment defaulter list.

Now I want to confirm why should I have to pay the balance when I have not taken any service later. An education cant be forced for the sake of money. Kindly help me out.

The mail which I have received is mentioned below:

A ) we have a aggrement copy which you sign with ICFAI University

B ) that’s yours problem that you have not attend any class or exam

C ) as per legal aspects which you have sign , you r s Enroll ( admission ) will Not cancel for seven years at any cost , ever you tell to icfai person or send email for cancellation then also yours admission will not cancel as per legal aspects which you have sign

D ) you have last date for settlement 15/07/2011

E ) we already taken action against you

F ) if you want to file complaint so I am telling you go and file complaint

G ) if you need any help you can call me

H ) I will not removed your name and photo copy and yours others details from defaulters list

Untilelse you not clears yours outstanding amt against chq dishonoured

G ) you have been declared as a defaulter in every sectors in world and for the proof I already Send you the attached file on last emails

My name is Jyoti Anand. I worked for ICFAI Flexible learning for 3 years and left the organisation in 2008. Since then i am trying to take out my PF refund but till date nothing had happened. Sent forms to the HO Hyderabad several times. but not able to take the out refund. and taken out status of the PF given in my receipt is given below:

I had checked the status with the PF office. I got this response with the individual account number.

AP/16939A/01732 - Your Claim is received on 25/02/2009 and is being processed. Kindly Try after 30 days from Submission.
AP/HY/41808/1712- Establishment code does not exit.
AP/16939/04741- Claim is rejected told to contact the employer.
AP/HY/56966/04739- Claim not received by the office.

Till date i had received money by 2 transaction.

Kindly let me you how to go about it and besides that i want to check what else PF Account numbers were there with ICFAI because i am not aware of all the Account numbers. Kindly solve this problem at the earliest.

I had joined icfai 2 years before in CFA course and they charged me RS 40000 through (DRAFT) . all are saying that course is very tough they are not passing students only charging exam fee .how can i get back my money because i want to leave the course

My name is Neelam and I am from Mumbai...I had taken admission in ICFAI university in distant learning deptt. in 2010 for MBA but after one month i had left this university due to some personal reason but till that time I have paid more than half of full course fees... still I didn't tell them to refund my amount but they have been continuously insisting me for submit the pending amount from the last 7 months....why shud i give the pending amount ??? even I have discontinued my study after 4 months from my admission, I didn't give any exam not even single exam.but still they are harassing me for payment and now they have sent me the legal document(samman) from lok adalt hyderabad and calling me there for settlement.At the time of admission they have taken post dated cheques from me against the full course fees so that I could pay fee through installments.& now they sue file against cheque bounce. but it's all wrong... if a person is not studying at all ,left the study why shud she has to give the further study amount... so please please guide me what should i do at this moment.

I have requested for the withdrawal of admission fee of Rs 80000 paid towards the registration fee for the MBA program 2011-13, through an e-mail to ICFAI Hyderabad admission office([protected]@ibsat.org) on 10th may 2011. In response i got an e-mail from ICFAI Hyderabad saying that my request for the refund of fee has been confirmed and the sum of Rs 80000 will be refunded after deducting the administrative charges of Rs 1000 by 30th june but to this day neither have i got, the refund nor an e-mail regarding the delay in refund.

In the refund of registration fee column it was said that the students who will apply for refund of registration fee before 15th may 5.00 pm will be eligible for the refund of fee.

I would also like to mention that i was unable to get the sufficient finance for the total fee of the course so i had to withdraw my admission to such a reputed college and that is why i had to drop my plans of studying in ICFAI Hyderabad. So i request you to please refund my admission fee after deducting the administrative charges as per UGC guidelines.

I request the authorities to look over my request and please refund my parents hard earned money.

I was selected at IBS Mumbai & my Demand draft has been accepted on the 6th of June 2011 but due to some unavoidable condition, i needed to cancel my admission & for the same purpose, i had sent them an e-mail regarding the refund of the demand draft of Rs.80000/- on the 8th of June 2011. Also, i had sent a hard copy of the application which has also been delivered long back. The recipient was Mr. P. S. Reddy on the 10th of June 2011.
I had called several times in the Hyderabad office on which, at first, they assured me that it's in process but later on when i asked it in clear words that whether i am getting my demand draft of Rs.80000/- refunded or not, the executives expressly intimated me that i am getting my demand draft back by the 1st week of July.
But, when i called the office on the morning of 4th of July, they refused to give me my money back, which is completely unethical as it implies fraud & also stakes the name & fame of the IBS group. So its my sincere request to the law n judiciary of India to help students in getting back our parents hard earned money. Waitin for the reply.

worked with INC for about 6 months in legal department as Dy.Law officer. I was given form no.13 at the time of leaving the organization on 3-3-2008 and the same I have forwarded to my current employer in turn they set the revised form No.13 to ICFAI Academy for verification of Columns 1to 7 and asked to send the relevant forms to RPFC for transfer of my PF & Pension fund accumulation. But so far I have not been informed whether the transfer was done or not. I am failing to contact ICFAI Academy for details. None of them are receiving call or responding to mail. Kindly let me know the status of my claim.

Cancilation of Admission in MBA
I am {ASHUTOSH KUMAR} have taken admission in Icfai National College Patna before 4 months ago.
I had paid rs 15000 for taking admission for the course of MBA2009-11 they said that your classes will be started on 15th of July 2009. On 14th July they said that Icfai National colleges are cancaling the admission.
At this time I have no option for taking admission in a reputed college.
and there is no way of refunding of Rs.15000. And the are decamping from their college .
I want to complain for Rs.15000 and compensation. Because I have lost my one year.So pls registerd the complain.The college venue is (ICFAI NATIONAL COLLEGE, OPPOSITE DADI JEE MANDIR NEAR-SOUTH GANDHI MAIDAN

ICFAI University is world's no. 1 cheated University.

I am a poor family person and my familly background is so week that fees was not affordable me but i decided to make MBA and i get admission for MBA at Aurangabad City( Maharashtra) my MBA Enroll no. MBA2055771 register in nov. 2005. that person gives me so many promise. but he never tell me that once you paid, you wiil get back. he was offering me so many ideas fo jobs nad we are also giving you on job training. and he take me Rs. 541000 by me. for 541000 Rs. i take a loan from SBI bank (Branch Ashta (H.N.) Diesrict Beed(Mah)) but now bank's due date is over and i have no maney to repayment to SBI.

Once i contact with ICFAI Aurangabad and asked about this but no response and fianaly i begged for change my study code from MBA to MS but they are also no allowed they are telling.
i had contact to aurangabad branch but no any response.

I am completly "KANGAL" person no money to repayment so i have decided to "SUCIDE"

please help me what i to do?

ICFAI university is a totally hopeless university, staff at ahmedabad are not worth their jobs. There is no attention towards problems and grievances of students, who trusted them. Well they fail you for 4-5 marks, charge for everything they do. Paper checking style is done by non-professionals, they just want to pass the % of students they can place. Day by Day they are degrading their standards. They do no understand the meaning to distance learning programs and so I am quiting this university and would not suggest any working professional to join and waste his/her time.

I had joined MBA Distance Learning Program from ICFAI,but unfortunately due to some personal & financial problem i discontinued my studies & informed ICFAI SSD branch for the same,but after intimation they are still making pressure on me to deposit rest of the amount.I had forwarded them so many mails but there was no response. they are big cheats,pls beaware of them.

I am doing my CFA course from ICFAI these people are only interested in generating their fees through enrollment and hence failing students every time. when you apply for reassessment they only send you right and wrong answers list but not the actual copy of OMR sheet even after charging 500/- rs per paper. There is no transparency in terms of results with this university no authorities to reply efficiently

Hi , I enrolled for the MS Finance course in Nov 2007, my enrollment no is[protected]. Till date I have recieved books for the Alpha and Beta groups. ICFAI insists that they sent the Gamma books which I havent yet received. For the past one month I have been communicating with them regarding the same, all the assurances that I recieve from their branch in Mumbai tell me to collect the books for Gamma group from old students to study for the exams. ICFAI has the dispatch courier details , but no receipt details as I haven't received any of the books of the Gamma group. I request ICFAI to kindly send me the courseware instead of making me plead with old students from all over Mumbai for their books or return my fees of Rs 57,000.

in 2010 i hav send an email to ICFAI university for to withdraw from MBA cource
but till they are not replaying me on email. As per ICFAI toll free representative , tehy told me pls follow up with account department , but A/c department not give any ans.

I , Ms.Bhavi M the student of ICFAI university had appeared for Group I examination in OCT10 and recd the result stating FAILED wherein I scored 41 in Business strategy again I appeared in JAN11 again I FAILED with 40 marks in Business strategy, again I reappeared in APR11 wherein I scored 40 in Business strategy. It is unbelievable wherein a person can score same marks 3 times in theory paper. Its beyond imagination. It purely seems that they are just failing students purposely to earn money in the way of registration fees which is Rs.1000/group. It seems their motto is not to spread education but to earn money and play with students future.This behavior is highly unacceptable.STOP PLAYING WITH STUDENTS FUTURE!!!!

I have heard numerous complaints about ICFAI and is surprised taht nobody is bothered to take some serious action against this university. They have opened this university just to make money and cheat the innocent student. They don't even have a proper website for the part time courses. Even I registered for ICFAI MBA program in Oct 2007, like other students i also faced the problem for getting low scores since then. ICFAI has decided to have their students appear atleast 4-5 times for a single exam because they will make money out of that. I just asked them a simple question one year ago about the number of student enrolled and passed for the distance learning MBA program. But ICFAI is not bothered to answer any question and I am waiting for a reply since then.

Being a distance learning course / part time course ICFAI is very smart enough to collect money upfront before the start of the course because they know nobody is going to clear that. They don't have any offices, nobody is their to help student, it's almost 3 years since I registered for this course and I haven't received any email or any message from them regarding exams or anything related to an student but yes I used to get remainders for the remaining fees.

To all students - Guys please thing twice thrice and infinte times before taking admission in any part time course from this university, this is my personal experience and I know atleast 20 people who agrees with me. Money is very hard to earn so don't waste it on institution like this where you don't have anyone to look after your compaints and issues.

Admission Fee Payment made to The Institute of Charted Financial Analysts of India, 52, Nagarjuna Hills, Hyderabad – 82. Vide Receipt No – 364910. Dated on 27th March 08. Payment Rs.10,100/- & also made check payment of Rs.4,030/- P.M. for 15 months that is about Rs.60,450/- Admission + Installment Payment = 10,100+60,450=70,550/-. I wrote Group A & B exam on 20th Jul 08. I raised sevral mails bur no response on 30-Oct-2009 I gave the mail and went to office twice and asked them to pay back the amount they said it is under process but no result, till now my Settlement amount is pending from their end. I gave them mails that I am not going to continue my education at all, But no one responded.
I request you to kindly help me get my money back from ICFAI which I have paid as early as possible. Today I called to ICFAI institute and they are not responding after sevral calls after talking to the lady for long time she is telling we will not pay the amount. It is disgusting taking all the fees before hand and when we are not continueing they are keeping our money but not paying. The below mentioned bank details from where I payed the amount. When I went to office I wrote letter and submitted but no response. Kindly see that ICFAI has to pay since 2 years I am waiting for my amount they have to pay the penality foe their irreduculas behaviour. So many mails, so many visits but nothing happening to them please take uo seriously and settle this matter. I am seeking for justice.

I m also doing MBA from ICFAI.. n its really a waste of time and money. I m giving Group C for the 7th time and stile dint clear. We were 20 in a group n now only 3 o[censored]s stile giving... Other have already dropped. My other friends also wanted to join but I refused them... We are all really fed up... money n 3 yrs are already wasted... can’t start now with other MBA course also... At least they should reduce passing %. 55% is too high... :(

I was an ex employee of ICFAI Hyderabad . I left the organization on 21/06/09.
I applied for my PF amount in the month of Julyu,2010 , but till date I am struggling for the Amount. Even in EPF site I have not see any details of my PF account which was provided by my Organization.

I feel helpless. Even I sent so mail to AP PF Commissioner , but not recieved any reply. I logged complaint in EPF india site , but no response i received till date.

Even I called to my previous company HO , but till time I have not received the details.

Please Advice. My PF No is : AP/HYD/56966/4626.
