[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD GRIEVANCE

Hi,

I am Vikas Sharma and working as a Software Engineer with TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES from last 2.6 year. I was having my Salary account with ICICI bank, whose account no is[protected].Recently i got a call from the bank and they told me that i am having a Gold card whose due payment is of Rs 194000, which I never applied for. When I asked the details, the only part which was matching was my name and my DOB. And for the same reason my salary account is showing negative balance of Rs. 194000 due to which i am unable to do any transaction. I also enquired the same from the ICICI Sec-23 Branch and they didn’t help me much regarding this as they said that it’s the matter of credit card department so we can just provide you the credit card no against which this negative balance of 194000 if reflecting in your account i.e. [protected].So I request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.

Sir I have two cridit cards one preferred and other one is EMI card both of the payment has been paid on due date by dropping cheques. The amount has been deducted on the due date. But, they charged penal charges on both of cards. What can I do. Now I desired to complaint to Consumer protection cell for justice. please direct me the fact within short notice

As a customer, I believe that "ICICI BANK" is very much esteemed organisation but my believe is absolutely unsatisfactory with the process. However I am using so many product which is as follows
Credit Card No. [protected]
Salary account No.[protected]
Housing Loan :- LBNOD[protected]
I would like to convey actual matter which is very much adhere to my mutual trauma. I met an accident dated Nov-08 in that accident I got injured badly for that, I am in without salary from onwards.
Neverthless, I have been arranging amount every month for EMI of Housing Loan as well as minimum payment of credit Card[protected]. On the month of Feb-09 I have received a call from customer care regarding the card payment in that discussion. I explained each of my problem on the other hand I have assured him after joining I will regularise the credit card account that was closing talk.
As usual on 12/3/09 I ahve deposited 15000/- for H/L ECS after three days, I have deposited 15000/- for H/L ECS after three days I have received call that My H/L got bounced I contacted bank imeediately and I cam to know that my salary a/c is leaned and Rs 15000/- was adjusted against crdit card [protected] . through out my loan tract record you will not find any bounces in H/L.
As genuine ciustomer I believe u will solve the matter nad my march H/L EMI will credit to H/L account.
for your knowledge I am sending all relevent document for it.
I expect an earluy reply as possible.

My card No is [protected]. I asked for the settlement of account at chennai branch manager Mr.senthil agreed for Rs23000/- within one month on 4.3.09. The same amout has been paid as cash Rs3000, Rs17000 and Rs3000 before 27th of March. He agreed to give the settlement letter within 3 days. everynow and then his staff Mr. Raja tells letter is with him he will deleiver personally. till today it is not reached to us. visiting the brach also not helping as Mr. Senthil or Raja was never available . we only know his cell No [protected] and [protected].
As I am jobless and under medical care for depression, it affects my health badly. I request kindly give me reply what is the problem. inspite of paid money i received legal notice from ur bank.

I am Suresh Kumar Bagaria, staying at Guwahati, Assam.My ICICI credit card no is [protected].
I have used my card for some internet site and everything was ok, but after 4(four)month the site for which i used my card has collected money by using my card without my knowledge.I noticed this when i received my statement from ICICI.Thus i want to change my card no and pin no of my credit card to avoid such fraud.Pl inform me if any procedure is ther to do so.Also pl let me know at Guwahati whom i should contact.

Though i have never applied / requested to issue credit card, you have issued the same to me but it is never used since its issuance. Since last almost a year you have recovered the amount of Rs.1320/- PM from my SB A/c No.[protected] under auto debit payment towards premium of ICICI Lombard Health Insurance which neither i proposed nor applied for. In the connection i had a communication with the customer support and service quality at length and requested them to arrange to refund the amount to my SB A/c which is recovered without any consent. Ultimately they have agreed to refund the same but through credit card only. As i have requested them to refund the same to my SB A/c directly, they showed that unablility and advice to contact credit card department.

You are therefore requested to look into the matter and arrange to refund the entire amount of premium to my SB A/c - you have recovered for the year 2008-09 through auto debit facility without my consent.

Your quick action in the matter will be highly appreciated.

This is with regard to my card no [protected]. I am sorry to tell you that your collection agents are totally behaving like animals. When I was not reachable over my phone they have called my parents and have spoke to them very rudely and have harassed senior citizens. I do not stay with my parents I stay separately which has been intimated to ICICI bank long time back but even then they call up the old number.

The person who has harassed my parents is Jyothi and her no is [protected] . She has also spoken very badly with a bad language & she also threatened me that she will call my parents again to harass them if I don’t make my payments. She also talks like an uneducated female which is a very bad reputation for ICICI bank. I would also like to inform that I had told her that I will close all my dues in one shot, but after some days but in the mean time I had a problem with my mobile due to which she could not reach me, due to which she call my parents and has created such issue though I do not stay with them. I & my parents want to give a police complaint on this for harassing senior people but I want to first inform ICICI as I have a long term relation with them.

Please take this issue very seriously.

I hold rebooked PL a/c LPDEL [protected] with tenure June 2006 to May 2009. I am being mentally and financially tortured since May 2006 with illegal demands through leagl notices of EMI varying from RS 2001/- to RS 4679/- since then.My demand of NOC has been suppressed with demand of ECS not paid for Month of March 2009. In fact this ECS was returned unpaid after information to bank on 5th February 2009 to adjust 2 ECS presented by bank in October 2008, whihc is illegal. Bank has failed to provide copy of the agrrement signed. It is on compalint to Ms. Kochhar, CEO ICICI bank I was informed of NOn Payment of ECS for the month of September 2006, bank has failed to provide any proof of bounce or non payment reason. Bank official Mr. Chadha deputed for inquiry has his own tale to tell to the taste of bank. He committed that bank is at fault in handling the case. Bank is not ready to part any informaion rather than has listed the name in CIBIL kindly advice and help

-statement dt. 30th july recd. for Rs.7282.19 inclusiv unpaid amount of Rs. 6342.09 + Rs. 940.10 for late payment and intt. charges .
-complaint given on phone to customer care in 1st week of August for the charges and request foe waiving late fee andintt. charges as there is some problem in handling the payment cheques as above and to waive off the chatges .
-As advised cheque fo Rs. 6342.00 was collected from my residence .
-shockingly received Aug.29th statament was received with balance payment enhanced to Rs. 1628.01 despite complaint and action of giving due amount payment cheque from home .
=Request for taking action for waiving of all late fee and intt. charges .
-Ihave a record of timely payment except for conditions of non receip of statements .

I opened saving account under No.[protected]before one month in ICICI Bank branch Residency road jammu, but to my chagrin the said account has not been activated till date in-spite of repeated requests to the Bank authorities.It shows carelessness and very worst service of ICICI bank in Jammu.I am with no option left to got cancelled my account and advice the bank authorities not to make fool poor people if they want to save image of the bank.
