Sir/madam, I am having a Demat Account with ICICI Direct.com.I was asked to resubmit acccount opening form which I already have resubmitted with ICICI at Dehradun branch Of Hathi par Kala.Now they are telling that my account opening form has not been recieved with Mumbai Branch.They have deactivated my demat account from 18.08.2009.Although i had requested them to unlock my account and pledged to second resubmission of documents etc by 30.09.2009.But they are not agreeing to me .I have requested several times by E-mail to [protected]@icicidirect.com but they are dillydallying the thing.
