[Resolved] ICICI Lombard & Barclay Card — Barclay Cards & ICICI Lombard not responding | |
Dear sir, I have opted for Insurance for ICICI Lombard for my wife and daughter for which I was suppose to receive the Insurance ID Cards. For the above the payment was collected by ICICI Lombard from my Barclay Card (Auto Transfer). This was done before 3 months and till date I have not received any Insurance Cards or Policy for the same from ICICI Lombard. On calling ICICI Lombard as per them the Insurance has been cancelled and on making inquiry with Barclay Card whethere the Insurance has been cancelled from their end, they are not responding the same. Instead each mails they are asking me to provide my Credit Card number and telephone number, which I have submitted 2 - 3 times to them. As of today I have send many mails to Barclay Cards but no one has solved my queries..... Was this information helpful? | |
