[Resolved]  Icici Lombard — Non Receipt of Insurance Policy after purchase

On 14th may 2009 I bought a Two-Wheeler insurance policy through ICICI Lombard online portal. I made the payment of the premium amount of Rs 1223/- through my credit card.
At the time of purchase I was intimated that the original copy of Policy will be delivered to me within a 15 days.
However, the policy papers are still awaiting.
This is a wretched service observed from such a reputed company.

IMPACT And CONSEQUENCES

I am required to produce the original copy of the insurance, immediately to a government office for a particular reason.
However because of the time lag by ICICI Lombard, I failed.
This has caused me some major losses amounting to about 10 thousand rupees.

IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT

WANT the Insurance policy papers ASAP and A compensation of Rs 10, 000.
