[Resolved] Icici Lombard — ICICI Lombard - Not giving my money back after cancelling my home insurance policy | |
I have taken the home loan from ABN in 2005 with that i also get the icici lombard home insurance (ABN tie up with ICICI lombard i guess). Year 2009 i have transferred my home loan to other bank, so i have to close my ICICI lomard insurance of previous bank. I have requested to close the same. (i have taken new from current bank). After 2 weeks i came to know i won’t receive any amount as per the policy and terms and conditions which was never written anywhere. Though my policy is going to end on on June 2010.I haven’t claim anything within the policy period. The money which is coming after there so called calculation is ZERO. I guess this how insurance company works to get the money from people. Be carefully while taking any insurance from any bank. Was this information helpful? | |

ICICI Lombard — not giving my money back after cancelling my health policy
hi, my name is vishal kukreja, i was thinking of taking a mediclaim, family health floater policy on 1st dec2008, i gave my credit card no to 1 of the customer service agent & told him, i will let him know tomorrow for what amount i am looking for but that guy processed the request the next day & i was charged RS 6024, unauthorised & no verification done, policy no 4034/ffh/w-428051/00/000. i called icici lombard to cancel it . they cancelled it on 10/12/2008 & after calling them for upteen times said that they have refunded RS 4518, sent them my credit card statement to prove no money credited . they gave me service request no[protected] dated 13/1/2009 with 5 working days that my money will be refunded but the request is still pending, simultaneosly complained on their website, got reply with another request no [protected] on 13/01/2009 with 7 working days to be processed but still it shows pending .nobody is helping me out, please help me out
