[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Renewal My Two Wheeler Policy | |||
Dear Management I am Bethanasamy M from Bangalore. I had renewed my Two Wheeler Policy today at 10.30 am and still i did'nt get any policy documents (paid through Online). I had called customer care[protected] and other toll free number which is not remember), they told system fault and transfer to accounts department they also told same things even they unable to give an compliant number too. Now i am facing problem, Today afternoon @ 4pm, paid penalty of 300/- Rs without Insurance, but i had paid insurance online at morning mentioned above. No other company is doing like this. Even my relation is working in Bharthi AXA. Its poor service from ICICI Lombard. I havent expect this from you guys. Without any proof you people had deducted from my account. You face big problem in this issue. And evening also i had call to CCare, same responds from your agent. They cant able to provide compliant number also. If its not resolve today, i will go for other insurance company please return my money back. Or i will go for consumer court. ICICI Lombard Two Wheeler Policy — No Policy received, even after paid online for policy renewal
Hi, I made an online payment using my Credit Card on ICICI Lombard site on 6th november 2009 in order to renew my 2 wheeler policy # 3005/52709301/01/B00. I made the online payment and my account got debited with the amount 1263/- (bank transaction auth code is 081496), However even after repetative requests made to the ICICI lombard customer care for the same, i did not receive any policy.They say that they have not received any payment, where as my bank cofirmed that the payment with the auth code. I don't know where did my payment go? I need help, please tell me is there any way out of this issue? The ICICI service is the worst and i don't want to do any future business with them, even i would recomend my friends to avoid ICICI Lombard.
I just need my policy or else refund of my money.
