[Resolved] ICICI Lombard Health Insurance — RENEWAL PREMIUM | |||
I got the ICICI Lombard Health policy (4034i/FPS/04836776/00/000) for my parents in 2009 .I am paying the regular premium from last three years .This Year I have't received any Reminder from the ICICI Lomabard regarding the renewal premium ,When I called to customer care for pay the Policy Renewal as I was unable to trace the policy papers and thinking that it is due in the month of Aug/Sep . I was shocked to hear that my policy is already expired on 15 Aug 2012 and I can't cont my policy Even with some sort of plenty on it. I have't rec any kind of Reminder Letter or mail from the company side for renewals .Earlier company use to send me mails regarding the renewals.this year there is no communication from company side .This is clearly showing the company is not interested in give the health benefit to clients as all the benefits will start after 4 year .We already completed the 3 year so they are intentionally not giving any reminder to clients.they are saying to start with the new policy where all the benefits will start again after first 4 year . I think they are playing with the people's hard earned money .We should bring this to public notice and to honorable court's. Was this information helpful? | |||
