Claim not Received Dear Sir, I have made a claim related to theft of my motor cycle to ICICI Lombard vehicle Insurance. Please note that my claim number is as follows MOT[protected] Please note that I was told that my claims will be settled in 3 months time. and all the necessary documents were submitted hoping for some positive action from them. told me that it takes 7 working days to process those documents. I waited till 6th Feb and then starting from 7th Feb I have been calling them every alternate day and they tell me that the documents are under process. They always say that I should get some answer in 2 days. This way I have lost another 1 month and still I am not getting any positive reply. I hope to solve this problem by reporting this to you. I have applied for re-imbursement for my hospitalization and treatment undergone at Vijaya health center chennai from 23/12/2008 to 26/12/2008.
My claim number is BLC-IL[protected]A
My Policy number is 4034/FPS/03344529/00/000
I have submitted my documents to TTK, chennai on 13/01/09 and they had forwarded it to mumbai as my card belongs to mumbai branch. As per their request i have submitted the shortfall documents on 31st January 2009 and it has reached them on 2nd February 2009. I confirmed the same with TTK mumbai people and they told me that it will take 7 working days to process those documents. I have waited till 10th february and then starting from 10th Feb I have been calling them every alternate day and they tell me that the documents are under process. They always say that I should get some answer in 2 days. This way I have lost another 1 month and still I am not getting any positive reply.
I hope to solve this problem by reporting this to you.

My medical claim during my stay abroad vide my ICICI LOMBARD INSURANCE Policy No.4030/-/2878434/00/00 could not be settled till to-day [over

Customer support vide ref.No.[protected] for
clearance of claim payment request also taking

Now, Insurance Ombudsman advised me to knock at
the Grievances cell of ICICI Lombard as a last chance. These are the problems purchased by me
by paying money to ICICI Lombard co. in the name
of Insurance Policy. Please help me to come our of

I have made 3 claims related to my Heart Problem followed by Angiography and Bypass Surgery to TTK Health Services who the TPA of ICICI Lombard Health Insurance.

Please note that I received a letter from TTK saying that there was some shortfall of documents in one of the claims. The documents requested in the letter were not at all originally required, but still I provided all the necessary documents hoping for some positive action from them. They received my shortfall documents on 29th Jan 2009 and told me that it takes 7 working days to process those documents. I waited till 6th Feb and then starting from 7th Feb I have been calling them every alternate day and they tell me that the documents are under process. They always say that I should get some answer in 2 days. This way I have lost another 1 month and still I am not getting any positive reply.
