Please find below the content of last email sent till now to ICICI lombard, but i still have not heard anything. This was my 3rd email apart from numerous phone calls.

Till date i am being just given assurances "ho jayega sir, fikar mat karois this the way such a reputed copmpany works?
I am shocked , that this kind of attitude will bring "fame to your company" but with adverse effect.
Mr. Shrijit from Your company calls me for the first time on 19th of April stating me that"as i was doing audit , i found out that the case is still pending and i would like to help you. I said ok and gave himthe required details over a phone call and he said he requires a statement "as how the accident happened? and so on and so forth. I said , i have given you a copy of police complaint which has all the details right from my car no.,policy no. the entire story of how accident happened and signatures and seal of polce statement along with the properly documented complaint no.
Three days later i has sent a text message to Mr. Shreejit thjat i have to go to consumer forum and complain that it hjas been almiost 1 month that i have made my requests, and nothhing is happening , and while i was travelling out of station , i cannot give a hand written statement , still it was insisted upon me that " ye to karna hi padega, otherwise hum kuch nahi kar sakta, humara company ka rule hai".and i have no option but to wait and handover a writtenn statement of how accident happened.
on 25th i receicve a letter from your company that i am not replyingg to thge calls and not fulfilling the requirment of statement required by them. I was terrified and shocked to see such written communication , which was not actual , but was with defensive intent as to reply my text message sentto them about going to consumer forum.
At first , Kindly explain me why such statements are being asked ?,if being asked , y at the 11th hour?over and above
that , why the insurance company is taking so long to respond. I have other responsibilites and work to fulfil.
I unfortunnately feel harrased by the company , inspite of all telephonic reminders there were different people were involved , right from the first surveyer who met me at the garage.
I am left with no option but to move legally as the garage is claiming partking charges of Rs. 1000/=- per day ? and i have to pay it because i have policy from ICICI lombard and Maruti Insurance.
I am moving ahead legally , if i do not get reply and work started by End of the day."

ICICI Lombard Travel insurance — Travel Insurance process is a mess
I bought Icici lombord travel insurance for my mom while she was visiting states.I paid about 25k for prem which covers 6 months of her travel period .
I was told that any cash less claim approvals will be done by 24 to 48 hours and they have a united healthcare group policy in the states that cover icici lombord customers
Here is the messy part
My mom got injury and she had to take treatment, we tried prescription medicine and x-ray now doctor want us to get MRi scan , I approached icicic to get an approval. Every time I call them I get diff info from diff people, after a week I was asked to fill up a form and send some documents to start he process. I sent all of them on they same day . Gave them india doctor details to make sure that it's not a pre existing condition , and treating doctor details for any enquiries..it's been more than 2 weeks now, no progress. Worst part is when doctor off call then united health care guys with the policy no provides by icici, they r saying that they don't have info about the patient. I have been literally calling icici every night ( they work in india timings)and told them That UHC does not recognize my mom name. everybody that I talked to so far says that it will be done in24 hours.nothing happens so far
Icici is royally cheating the customers. I can't even escalate this, the only sour e that have is to call their toll free number , but they always tell the same thing and they can't do anything about it apart from making a note of it
If there is any documentation missing from my end which may delay the process I agree, but UHC does not even have my mom name in their system.
Its like we just have to pay the prem, but when we r in need they will not even consider ur call seriously
Want to sue these guys, but not sure how to proceed.
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated
