Icici Lombard — ICICI employee afraid of replying to customer as he is guilty conscious about telling a lie to customer. | |||
I have made a claim for my vehicle as it met with an accident on the 23rd of December. Claim no. is MOT 01851909. It was told to me that all the documentation and processing has been completed by ICICI i will be recieving the claim check ob Monday ( 17th january ), and this was told to me by your employee Mr. Shreejit. But now he is not answering to any of my calls and avoiding to talk to me, i do not know why he is chickening out like this. Also, Mr Ashish from your Kolhapur branch is not helping me out on the matter and creating a lot of problems.
